I went to another location who told me they ran out of food 30 minutes for they closed which is crazy came here and the two people were working hard and our food was good and we had our drinks everything was great. They did not have very much donuts unfortunately.

It’s been twice in less than two weeks that I’ve ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, and both times I was given an iced coffee with regular milk. I have a severe allergy to regular dairy, so this isn’t a small mistake. I try not to make a fuss because I don’t want it to ruin my day, but twice in a row is really frustrating. The staff definitely needs to pay more attention to detail or get some additional training.

Bagel tasted like it had been there from over night. It was tough and rubbery even though toasted.
This is insane . I asked for extra cup and they charged 44c. Where as in WILLIAMSVILLE, they charge 10c . Rip off

I am in love with tim hortins but this branch sucks. I ordered my usual one large hot coffee with 1 1/2 creamer. I waited almost 10 minutes to get a nasty coffee which has more than 3 creamer, and idk if they added sugar. Also i ordered a plane bagel and after waiting 10 minutes they said they were out of plain bagels.
