It’s been twice in less than two weeks that I’ve ordered a matcha latte with oat milk, and both times I was given an iced coffee with regular milk. I have a severe allergy to regular dairy, so this isn’t a small mistake. I try not to make a fuss because I don’t want it to ruin my day, but twice in a row is really frustrating. The staff definitely needs to pay more attention to detail or get some additional training.

First visit to this location and the staff are courteous and very friendly!! A great big thank you to Rebecca who made our visit extra special and really went the extra’s mile to accommodate our timbit request. Can’t say enough positive comments about her act of kindness

This is insane . I asked for extra cup and they charged 44c. Where as in WILLIAMSVILLE, they charge 10c . Rip off

I am in love with tim hortins but this branch sucks. I ordered my usual one large hot coffee with 1 1/2 creamer. I waited almost 10 minutes to get a nasty coffee which has more than 3 creamer, and idk if they added sugar. Also i ordered a plane bagel and after waiting 10 minutes they said they were out of plain bagels.
The clerk was prompt & respected my specific request to have a tiny 12 oz clear cup of ice. I appreciate their kindness.

The best coffee Ive had from TH. On the other hand always short on inventory of donuts. Came here at 1pm and no apple friters donuts. They never have any and I do come often here. Always the same answer, we dont have any. Its a shame when it opens till 9pm and at 1pm there is no AF donuts left.

The small Indian woman making the breakfast sandwich and farmers wraps was Lazy and Sloppy. She made 2 of the Absolute Worst Farmers wraps I've Ever had at a Tim Hortons. Pathetic really I would Never order food from this location again. Very poor staffing

I was there and ordered a panini and the first time they burnt mine and then the second time I never got it. I’m not sure who it was but it was 2 girls at the tim Hortons near Cheektowaga school. Please fix this
