Nobody speaks English that an American can understand, at 1:27 p.m. November 1st there was a male with darker skin who we could not understand at all. Every time we come here for our coffee in the morning it's some lady who does not speak English and it's always some guy who doesn't speak English. Not that that's an issue in this country but you should not work in hospitality or fast food if you can't speak English enough for us to understand. I speak seven different languages and I know not to over speak in those languages if I'm not fluent in them. Tim Hortons needs to watch who they hire I used to work at Tim Hortons and we never had these issues. If you can't understand the employee when you're hiring them why would you have them work drive through?

I usually enjoy visiting Tim Hortons, especially because my son loves their coffee, and it’s part of our morning routine before school. However, my experience today left me really disappointed. The barista was quite rude, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It’s upsetting because I’ve always appreciated Tim Hortons’ friendly atmosphere, but after this interaction, I don’t feel like going back. I hope the team can work on better customer service so others don’t have a similar experience.

Seems like employees forget there's people who walk in for service. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and waited forever while the drive through was taken care of. Was handed the sandwich and employee immediately walked away. There were no napkins in the counter dispenser, it took almost another 5 minutes to get an employees attention to get a napkin, all while another customer was standing at the counter waiting to be acknowledged.

We have always had great service at the Harlem &William location.
The staff has always been friendly and professional.
This location has the best brewed coffee and has always been fresh and hot!! Im glad they opened at this location. Thank you. 🙂

I’ve repeatedly frequented this place on my way to work. Several times my order was made incorrect. Today’s mistake? I got mayo on my bagel BELT. Never asked for it. Ordered another time and got just a bagel with bacon…no egg, no lettuce, no tomato, and no cheese. Never know what I’m gonna get each time I stop. Not sure how they stay open, unless it’s the uncertainty of what someone might get!

I ordered a breakfast wrap, they gave me half of a wrap. Opened it up and they cut a piece of sausage and an egg in half and only gave me 1 half. At every other location they cut it in half and give both halves but position them long ways to make the wrap. Worst $10 I've ever spent.
