That's super lazy to make latte. They said machine cleaned. There is no sign after this time we don't make any special cappuccino or latte . I work cafe many many years. Clean the machine does not take more than one minute or so.

The young man at the counter burnt my hand with my coffee the lid was not all the way on he was mad because I asked him for fresh coffee because by Tim Hortons company Sanders if the coffee pot is blinking red you are supposed to discard the coffee and get new coffee he got mad at me chose to fling the cup of coffee at me burning me spilling it on the counter like that doesn't acceptable and I will be calling corporate

I go to a lot of Tim Hortons on a daily basis.... I've been coming to this one for about a week and a half now. This is literally the ONLY Tim Hortons I have gone to, that gets my order correct EVERY DAY!! I appreciate all the workers who make this such a great place to go!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Super fast service. Employee's concentrate on preparing food for their customers. I was surprised at how well the workers worked together from the time the order was called out to the preparers. Great job.
Their dark roast coffee is excellent the chicken wraps are off the charts ( excellent). If you have not tried them yet you should you won't be disappointed.

Staff are rude, act visibally and verbally annoyed that im ordering. Employees dont know how to act twords customers. Im sure the manager isint far off either. Franchise owner needs a spot review.

This Tim Hortons needs to replace the upholstery on their booths. They are worn down, and the one in the corner has a large gash in it that can cut your skin. It’s hard to believe that the owners don’t put money back into this place. Your customers deserve more than that.
