Location says open 24 hrs. Went through drive through at 7:55 PM, associate asks "how can I help you?". Asked for half dozen donuts. Associate says "we close in 2 seconds". Do not recommend giving business to location where customer service is not a priority. Associate could have nicely said they were closing shortly and there are no more donuts available, which would have prevented this review.

they made my drink without half of the flavor and then argued with me about it for at least a minute before actually remaking it

If I could give a zero star I would. We just went through the drive thru and you would have thought I was asking this girl to do something from home. Most miserable person ever. Sorry honey this is your job to wait on people if you don't like it then move on. I never leave reviews but this b..... Was too much. My daughter who order was all please and thank you and this worker acted like we were completely annoying her.

Good Riddance,Food tastes old!! Also the people working in the early morning are very rude amd never helpful when a problem arises on there end. They just play confused and say there is nothing I can do.

I would have used Tim Hortons online Customer Survey but never got a receipt for my order. Is there a reason the Managers at this particular location don't want Corporate getting customer feedback on this unit's performance? As I was finishing my order in the microscopic dining area, I saw what looked like a brown paper Napkin protruding under the glass barrier into the customers' ordering area. As there were none set out for the customers to use (!) and not wanting to trouble the staff with something I could do for myself, I pulled on it to find it was a small brown paper Bag. (Estimated cost, less than a penny. We still have them in the US.)Immediately, a surly female employee started trying to scold and excoriate me in an elevated voice for reaching "behind the counter," something I simply hadn't even done! I couldn't believe this fool was going to Battle Stations over a small paper bag for which Tim's doesn't even charge. It was quite a surprise an employee of a Canadian firm was so eager to be rude and loutish in her uninformed ignorance as to cost her employer the business of a good, regular customer... and told her so. (The "lady" gets Zero Points for Business Sense 101.) As she doubled down on her ill chosen position and kept trying to talk down to me, I kept my composure, although I calmly asked if she could do Math as I left, to which she made no reply. We all have a "bad day" but a "bad day" gives no one the right to heap their ill informed poor judgement and bad manners on anyone, let alone on a good, regular paying customer. That's no way to conduct oneself, ESPECIALLY on your employer's time!Despite encountering openly rude employees there before, usually I've overlooked it. Perhaps Tim Horton's needs to find some way to better assess the "Social Intelligence" of their job applicants. That's not my call... but how hard could it really be?
