Ya know, I don't often write reviews unless some is amazing or service is beyond bad. This plas has messed up my order more then I care to admit. Should have stopped going here by now and go to the gas station Tim's across the street. Two days in a row! Consecutive days they mess up my order. A coffee 1 cream 2 sugars, how the hell does that become 4 creams 2 sugars! Today, 1 cream 2 sugars & espresso, wrap with hash brown ON the wrap... Nope black coffee with espresso and hash brown not on the wrap... Just make this place self service if the staff can't complete basic orders. All in all, go to the Tim Hortons in the gas station across the street. They have a drive through too.

Went inside, was greeted right away by an older lady very nice and attentive. I ordered blueberry timbits she started a conversation telling me they are her favorite not everywhere has them, it’s owners choice. Great customer service from the group of ladies working at 3pm today! Good employees need to be acknowledged too.

I had to tell them my order through drive-thru four different times it wasn't that hard I was speaking clearly I don't know what I was thinking when I was younger their coffee is not great to anybody that thinks this coffee is good try getting it black without all the fillers like cream and sugar then you'll really taste the quality and forget about the donuts they're all frozen and all they do is heat them up inside and the donuts are at least 50% worse the next day.

Urine all over bathroom floor. No soap in the bathroom so there's no way employees are washing their hands. Went to order a coffee employees are standing there cursing out the cops with customers. Not going to this location again if they paid me to. Gross

I went there before work, The lady that makes the food is always so rude and mean. If you don't like your job get a new one.. I had a 1/2 frozen hash brown in my wrap and the wrap felt like it was microwaved.. However the lady that makes the coffee and takes the money at the window she knows how to make coffee and it's very nice.
