Iām rating this location a 1 star because this morning I was going through their drive thru and received a pay it forward! Which is great! Made my day a little happier āŗļø. However then when I wanted to also pay it forward and try to keep the momentum going so that everyone could possibly get that bit of happiness I was given the woman at the window said ā NO I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THAT ITS TOO BUSY ā! What? It wouldnāt have made any difference as if I had paid for my own order, last I checked this world needs more ppl like the guy in front of me and less like the woman working your drive through this morning! Maybe if someone couldāve bought her a coffee her morning wouldāve started out a lot happier! When ppl wanna do something nice for a stranger in this world MAKE TIME we need more of that!!!

To start, when we first walked into this Tim Hortons the service was great. We got our food quickly and everything we received was correct. The reason I am rating this place one star is because of the filthy conditions. One of us had to use the bathroom and we were appalled by how disgusting it was. There was poop smeared all over the floor, the toilet brush was soaked in poop, there was poop on the toilet itself, and it looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned in months. This is completely unacceptable. Even though we had good service, we will not be coming back here because it is clear they do not care about proper sanitation.

Food was great. But the what i think was the manager because if he sweater, was not nice. Unless if he was non verbal, he did not say a word. He didnāt look at us, he just handed us our food. We said good morning, thank you, have a nice day.. and got nothing back. It was very disrespectful and disappointing.

Love Tim Hortons, not loving the coffee price increase
The drive thru service is usually good but not on saturdays. Thereās a guy who works the drive thru window in the AM that canāt even bother to say hello, good morning, have a great day etc. Heās really mute and says absolutely nothing. Just hands your stuff to you.
Thatās really a turn off. Canāt bother to be polite and acknowledge a customer? If you donāt like my business, Iāll be happy to go back to Dunkin again.

Ya know, I don't often write reviews unless some is amazing or service is beyond bad. This plas has messed up my order more then I care to admit. Should have stopped going here by now and go to the gas station Tim's across the street. Two days in a row! Consecutive days they mess up my order. A coffee 1 cream 2 sugars, how the hell does that become 4 creams 2 sugars! Today, 1 cream 2 sugars & espresso, wrap with hash brown ON the wrap... Nope black coffee with espresso and hash brown not on the wrap... Just make this place self service if the staff can't complete basic orders. All in all, go to the Tim Hortons in the gas station across the street. They have a drive through too.
