You have to order from a kiosk. Doesn’t bother me but the kiosk user interface is pretty poor, especially if you get a meal.

Also I watched a blind man walk up and ask to order at the register because he can’t use the kiosk due to being blind. The worker had him ask a stranger for help and made the stranger wait in the 5 min line and help the guy with the kiosk. And help him pay. Feels like a big missed opportunity to have your service worker not just help the blind guy. I’m not expecting chick fil a commercial types of help, but you could at least do something. Felt very Buffalo though.

Multiple flies in the donut case along with all over the back wall near the coffee machines. This doesn’t look like it’s a well kept… disappointing being a Tim Hortons.

What a bunch of jerks. They purposely messed up my order after a long flight. And no, no one was being rude or mean other than the people working there. Just order from another Tim Hortons.

This place should be sold to a new owner who can properly take care of it and have good staff.

And they gave me the wrong donut and no hash brown. Jerks

I have been enjoying Tim HORTONS For over since I was a teenager ...At many locations at many times....the customer service Tim Hortons is giving at this airport Jet blue terminal is unacceptable at all. Very Rude ladies ...they dont even reply you if you ask something....I think Tim Hortons should review and check the people they have hired to work at this location. VERY VERY RUDE ATTITUDE ....Misbehaving with almost everyone with me and the person before me

I can only second that the new kiosks are SO annoying. Much longer wait than before. Crew is sitting idle waiting for orders. Either double the number of kiosks or get rid of them

Lowest level service I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. Argumentative supervisor setting a poor example for her staff and refused to take my order at the register and instead impolitely directed me to the kiosk which is not very good while 4 employees stood around twiddling their thumbs since there were no customers there - I think I know why. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff making my coffee did it ok and probably were much better than their boss. Tim’s was way better on Canada where I was visiting over the weekend. Yikes.

Their new Kiosk ordering and fill system is HORRIBLE. Not only does it take all of us 10x longer to order a coffee and bagel (you have to search each item, including adding or deleting every option imaginable) the fill team couldn’t keep up. 25 minutes for a toasted bagel & coffee!!! You need to re-think having the public order their own items when each has so many options: bagel type, plain, cinnamon, everything, multigrain, toasted, not toasted, double toasted, milk, cream almond milk, single, double, triple, and so on….

Coffee is pretty poor and and the ordering system is a mess at the moment with use of kiosks and no ordering a counter would definitely suggest avoiding if you can

First and last time at a Tim Hortons. Order Kiosks not well marked and are across the lobby from their stand. Waited in line to place my order only to be rudely informed they don’t take orders at the counter and orders must be placed at the unmarked kiosks across the lobby. Several other customers experienced problems with orders placed at kiosks. Orders are piecemeal delivered instead of entire order being compiled and handed out. Place was not very clean and staff seemed to be in chaos. Zero customer service.
