I asked for a loaded farmers wrap without the hash brown I only got the sausage my wrap was cold cheese wasn’t even melted, also got a everything bagel with sausage and bacon only got the sausage and that was cold as well never got a refund or food remade they told me it would be 10 minutes for more eggs to be made to get food remade. This is the second time I have been there and they messed up my food never again will I go.

This location definitely needs people who are customer friendly! People flying out of Buffalo don't always know that cash is not allowed, cashier rudely yelled it out when she saw cash in my hand. I put my items back and walked out! Had she approached it in a friendlier manner, I would have graciously retrieved my debit card, but she was rude as all get out! Tim Hortons, pay attention to your reviews!! There are many complaints on here about your rude employees!! You are losing money!! Thank you Queen Market for your friendliness!!

Tried Tim Hortons for my first time inside the Buffalo International Airport. Staff not friendly. I had #2 combo, biscuit w/bacon/egg/cheese and coffee. Coffee is good, but the biscuit was extremely dry. It crumbled as soon as I started eating. Not impressed.

Legit couldn’t believe my ears today, me, went to college in Buffalo went to Tim Hortons excited. Asked for an iced Capp, the cashier simply said, ‘I don’t have time for that’ and she was serious. She just stared at me and the line and didn’t care that they have the product, and could provide but WOULD NOT provide. I work in the service industry, I even worked at Tim Hortons IN college, and would NEVER say such a thing, even when stressed. Terrible service. It is the Tim Horton’s name going out the window with travelers who will recall experiences like this.

Extremely unsanitary and disorganized. Staff did not know what they were doing and were very rude, lazy and unprofessional. We waited almost 20 minutes for a bagel and wrap and the packages were sloppy and dripping with oil. We did not feel like it was safe to eat the food and threw it out. Asked for a refund because the food they served was unacceptable and was told that they don't give refunds. Surprised this location is still in business given all the complaints.
