Management lets issues linger for years due to incompetence. Idk why it’s so hard to treat people with respect, especially our senior citizens. Idk why it’s so hard for management to keep hash browns on order. Idk why it’s so hard to open up at the correct time and hire workers. Incompetence at its finest, a bunch of grown adults who can’t run a coffee shop to save their life.

Would you believe I ordered a medium coffee and they said they had no medium cups. I said so can a have a large the price of a Medium, it's not my fault you don't have cups. This guy says u can put it in a large cup.. he actually puts Medium in a large cup.y you mean to tell me it would have made you and tim hortons to go out of business if you would have put 1 more once of coffee in the cup

I was going to order my food and then I saw a roach crawling behind the counter and after that In counter I just left

I just left this place and they forgot some of my items and the drive through person thought we didn’t hear him talking about me and said omg can she please pull off.maybe the staff should follow the orders that are being placed after spending 25.00 I’m reporting them to the corporate office I work hard d for my money and I can’t tell the family members I deal with in wish they go away.just rude.yes the manager was dry as I spoke her and said ok my apologies

The dining area is supposed to be open at 6am, yet when I come here, they claim to be closed. If being short staffed is an issue, consider hiring more people. This has been an issue for the past few days and it's ridiculous.

This pine ridge store employs does not care and she is rude. I placed orders coffee she replied something else and they speak other languages

None available. Not coming again for a while. 6:15 pm on a Thursday?!

The store is very dirty, the employees don’t seem to care about what your order was or making it correctly, they spend far too much time fooling around with each other and out of the three times I’ve been here never once has my order. Been anywhere near correct. There are much better locations not far away from here to go. I would suggest literally going anywhere else.

Long story short I had to wait an hour for my stuff because of my dasher, and ended up having to get a new dasher but the lady @ this Tims came through! And remade my stuff:)))

I went to the drive through to get a quick coffee and I was there for 3 min in the drive through they said they are open then no answer I pull around and there a person in the store coughing and drinking ice coffee just not professional at all I come there often to get me coffee tim hortons you have to do better with the employees you hire
