I stopped by here from out of state on the way to visit some family and encountered some of the most unpleasant customer service I've ever experienced. I was just trying to order a small coffee and a muffin, and the man who served me, I believe his name was Julian, was extremely cold and unfriendly during the entire interaction. Normally I try to give customer service workers the benefit of the doubt, assuming they might be having a bad day or something, but he was extremely short with me the entire time and I felt very unwelcome. Not the best first impression for my first time at a Tim Horton's.

5 stars especially to the young man that handles the drive thru window on Saturday mornings. Always goes above and beyond with the customer experience. I had my labs in the car and I made a mistake on my order. Instead of the normal too bad its your mistake, response was I'll take care of it! That's customer service.

The workers here go above and beyond to take care of my order every morning. They treat me with respect and don’t make me feel weird that I need my coffee a certain way. They are the only group of workers whom have not turned me away for my drink. These workers make my morning everyday. Courtney, Julian & the rest of the morning team are the best. I specially come to this location to see them.
This location doesn’t deserve a single star- one of the worse TH locations I’ve ever went to. I will no longer go here as they seem to screw up my order every time I go here. Today I ordered a cold brew coffee- they gave me an iced coffee for the cost of the cold brew. Any time I’ve ordered my iced carmel latte they manage to screw it up or I only have like 2-3 iced cubes. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION OR GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! The Tim’s at 829 Dick Rd. is the best around Cheektowaga.
