Since when are you allowed to use cleaners while people are eating? I personally had to get up and leave the restaurant and eat breakfast in my cold car because they decide to wipe tables and glass down while people are eating completely. Unacceptable wait until the dining room is clear.

Really want to give it 5 because I love Tim's, but some of the employees make it hard to like this one. I come here occasionally to get a latte or cocoa. I'm a simple guy, but when I see whipped topping on the pictures I kinda expect that on my latte/cocoa, but more often than not, they won't put any on them. Just this morning I got a peppermint latte but the lazy counter guy half-assed it, no whipped cream or candy. I asked if I could have some and he put some on, but came back with my drink and a dirty lid, to which I asked for another lid. The guy just looked like he just couldn't be bothered. I get work can suck now and then, but that's life. The employee in question was young, a bit of facial hair, and a different ethnicity.

Disappointed in Male employees disrespectful attitude to making a fresh cup of coffee. I asked for the cup I was given, to be remade or refund me. If you drink coffee daily, you can taste old coffee. It's not a difficult situation. He was irate and yelling, yet I was the one to stop my car and have to spit it out. I spend to much at tim hortons for the dark roast, I love, to have a reaction Iike that from an employee. I get it, sometimes it happens.. The reaction he had, on the other hand was not expected. He definitely needs coaching on not being upset for minor easy fixes.

Whomever this new manager is I believe her name is Maria?? Had changed the complete vibe of this store. I enjoyed coming here every single day and ever since she has came all of the employees look miserable and do not want to be there the morning just isn’t the same anymore and I will be finding a new location. She is not a good fit here.

Went there just for a bottle of milk. They handed me an over a month expired milk. I drove down the street before I noticed on the lid. It expired 9/10 and today is 10/20. I turned around to go back and when I said they gave me an expired milk there was no apology at all. The man was curt and just passed me the new bottle and closed the window at the drive thru. Just rude. Would never go to this location ever again. Customer service horrible and couldn’t even handle to give a non expired milk that’s in a bottle. It should’ve been the most easiest order they had. Wouldn’t trust them with other orders that we can’t see expiration dates on.. inventory is not being checked correctly.

910am on 10/3. Girl working drive thru was so rude. Messed up my ice capp which is whatever, stuff happens but when I went into the store to tell her, she said “no it’s right , i make these all the time, don’t question me” I was in shock. I manage in guest service and if she was my employee, I’d have be embarrassed to be her manager. Will give blonde manager credit. She apologized and was kind to refund, but my goodness… this was embarrassing.
I stop in every morning for my coffee and they have the BEST staff ever !!!! Very nice people and fast service.....plus the morning crew has quite a few BEAUTIFUL ladies lmao 🤣 always makes my mornings better👍😁

I stopped by here from out of state on the way to visit some family and encountered some of the most unpleasant customer service I've ever experienced. I was just trying to order a small coffee and a muffin, and the man who served me, I believe his name was Julian, was extremely cold and unfriendly during the entire interaction. Normally I try to give customer service workers the benefit of the doubt, assuming they might be having a bad day or something, but he was extremely short with me the entire time and I felt very unwelcome. Not the best first impression for my first time at a Tim Horton's.
