Food is nasty, coffee is nasty and so is the manager. Sept 25th 2024, 2 pm. Would not recommend! It's locations like this that need their best quality employees and food and instead you get the worst.

Its crazy how they got ppl working and the location is open but locked doors. So ppl cant enter just wow. Just lost my money from now on

I do not like giving negative ratings to places. It takes a lot for me to care enough to comment. I picked up a box of 10 assorted Tim Bits about 20 minutes ago. Second to last one was half eaten. If I took bites out of Tim Bits, I probably would have assumed it was one I already bit. But I throw these things down like a seal at Sea World. I barely even chew them.
Anyway, there was an article on Channel 7 the other day about a woman complaining about blood all over her child's food at a local Burger King. Since Tim Hortons is owned by Burger King, it sounds like there's a discipline issue with the company. No big deal, I should stop eating at these places anyway.

The last two times I got iced coffee at this location is has tasted like there is no coffee in it at all. Very watered down. I used to go here quite often, but thinking of making a change unfortunately.

I've never seen a place that makes up they're own hours and close whenever they feel like.
This particular Tims on Union road in cheektowaga near Walden Ave has an amazing team I've come too know going through multiple times a day first with my Pittie Emma after the loss of her continuing to come through now with my new pittie mix 🐻 bear..
Super friendly and outgoing even on bad days or busy ones .. I run my own business and have managed many big places , just know you have good people here , earning an honest living with great attitudes with clientele.
This is my favorite Tims too frequent.

It is sad to see how employees work, a colleague is outside smoking and then see that the manager comes out to look for him and he gets upset because I told him what to do, this happened at 10:29 am today 5/20/2024
