My favorite go to spot for coffee! It’s right near my house, which makes it super convenient when I’m on the go. I’m a regular here, and Linda the manager is absolutely amazing, so welcoming and always so friendly! She even knows my order I’m a simple gal with my medium TT 😄 She brings such good vibes and positive energy every time I come in. Great service, great atmosphere, and always a great start to my day!

If they had a choice for no stars I would give it 0 stars. The “manager’ girl have such a stink ugly attitude it’s ridiculous. There’s so many bad reviews about this girl and this location why don’t you guys do any corrective action? This location is horrible. Ya’ll need more English speaking and English understanding employees or the employees that’s there now is going to keep getting yelled at. Yall need to do better.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a large coffee with 2 milks. When I get to the window they took my card and took my payment then they tried giving me a blueberry muffin. I told them I did not order nor want the muffin. Then they asked what I ordered and I told them large coffee two milks. They handed me a medium double double and said this is what they had. I got overwhelmed and drove off. Then realized I was charged over five dollars for a medium double double and muffin which I did not even take. I had to go back inside and get a refund for the muffin but they would not correct my coffee. I will never come to this time hortons again

This is my favorite Tim Hortons they have the greatest service, the food taste better then other Tim Hortons. They always have what I want and it arrives fresh and fast. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. Very friendly and fast the staff is well trained and puts the customer first

Place is a joke. No one can understand your order then they try to charge extra for messing it up. Stay away.
We did not have the greatest experience at this location just now. We ordered at the drive thru, then after receiving our drink we were told to go wait in the front parking lot for the rest of the order. We did, and when they came out they only had a part of the order - and it was wrong (wrong bagel and cream cheese). I went inside to let them know, and this is where they told me they didn’t have the type of bagel or the muffin we had ordered. They hadn’t told us so we would not have known otherwise. I think some additional customer service training would be helpful for this location.
