I'm a regular customer of the Genesee Street locaton. I'm always greeted by all of the staff with professionalism and kindness! Even when it's busy I get my morning coffee and breakfast fast and the food is perfection here. The manager Linda is wonderful and goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are completely happy! Definitely a team leader and it shows by her awesome staff who all make me feel like family! It's 100% my favorite Tim Hortons!

Dont waste your money. Told them they messed up my order they argued with me about items i order all the time like i dont know what they taste like. Gave me a cup of syrup for redbull refresher with no redbull and tried to gaslight me like thats even a drink thats orderable or drinkable, sausage was disgusting. Hung up on me over the phone. The 15 year old manager doesn't know what she's doing.

Yesterday I was brought 12 peace of donut. at around 2.30 I was requesting them to give me Boston cream only. When I arrive my & open the donut box I got all kinds of donuts just two Boston cream . when I received box given to my son . When open the box my was crazy because he didn’t like this donut. But my wife she can do anything that I Gous to work.if I am the home I can return it .now I realize that when given the box the tall me you have to move soon . But could not see any car behind me . If do not believe me you can check your camera . Thanks

Order on the Tim Hortons app nobody has any idea of where your order went very disorganized, having to reorder something because half the people don't speak English.
