Thankfully tim hortons food is pretty much the same taste and quality at almost every location, that being said after going inside to order my bagel and blueberry muffin twice in the same week (10/30 and 11/2 @ 10am) I will no longer be going to this location for the simple reason that the same 3 young ladies who work behind the counter are so slow with each and every task they do. Both times there was only one single person ahead of me and both times I had to sit and watch the overly slow motion simple orders finally got handled. I would have simply left but I only live 10min away from my work and this location with its attached gas station are very close to my destinations. Unfortunately both days I was not the only customer showing my concerns. Now the only plus was the lady handling the actual meal prep she was a hard worker getting bagels and sandwiches out faster than the other workers could cash out that specific order.

Oh-my-god it was very bad customer service with people work inside. All of them complete dush bags, wired, slow, have bad attitudes, will never go there in my life for my morning coffee. Recommend others for not to go either. 10000% guarantee u will late to your work.

Stopped for a coffee around 5 and I was one of 3 cars in drive thru as I was the last vehicle. I ordered 1 coffee and sat at the window for over 10 mins waiting on this coffee to leave and find out it tastes like garbage. Evening shift had no motivation to serve any1, dude was taking drive thru orders without putting it in the computer and that's probably why he had to ask me what I ordered again and still got it messed up. Coffee is old tasting no sugar for a 4x4 with vanilla and no vanilla . It's like every evening employee at any time Hortons I stop at just sucks

Normally I could barley hear the employee on speaker. Last few times going through this drive thru has been great. Man on speaker speaks clearly and loud enough for you to hear. Always friendly on speaker and at the window.

Why is it this location the employees cannot seem to take the correct order or give you the correct items you order???? I ordered just a large cup of ice with 2 shots of espresso, a large coffee 4 cream 2 sugar, bacon cheese egg bites, an egg cheese and sausage on a croissant, and 1 vanilla cream doughnut. Simple order you would think! It took the girl 3 times to understand just a cup of ice with 2 shots of espresso. Got home and they had this in my bag. Then I call and the guy who answered said well, did you get a receipt. No your cashier never gave me one. Look I just want the food I paid $18.45 for. I’m not looking to get diabetes first thing after a workout. Can we please pay attention more???
