Why is it this location the employees cannot seem to take the correct order or give you the correct items you order???? I ordered just a large cup of ice with 2 shots of espresso, a large coffee 4 cream 2 sugar, bacon cheese egg bites, an egg cheese and sausage on a croissant, and 1 vanilla cream doughnut. Simple order you would think! It took the girl 3 times to understand just a cup of ice with 2 shots of espresso. Got home and they had this in my bag. Then I call and the guy who answered said well, did you get a receipt. No your cashier never gave me one. Look I just want the food I paid $18.45 for. I’m not looking to get diabetes first thing after a workout. Can we please pay attention more???

Go to this Tim Hortons everyday even though the gas station can be packed and trucks parking along the side which can make it difficult to see and drive sometimes but I still go everyday. I always knew not to give them a complicated order as I knew they would get it wrong or not have what I was asking. However, I still like going but now I'm getting annoyed with the staff, I ask for two or three basic coffee and still get up to the window with them only handing me one. Then when I get fed up sometimes and correct them then it's my fault like I'm adding something on at the window. I mean the girl in the morning has such an attitude she can at least make sure to communicate orders to her coworkers correctly. I should be able to say two or three drinks instead of saying them one after one so they will get it right.

Work was very rude and was trying to make me get egg on my sandwich when I informed her I don't eat eggs she told me that I couldn't get my sandwich unless I got egg on it because it came on it my drink was made wrong ask them to remake it and was told that I would be charged for both never would I go back to this location.

Very long Pathway to drive through twisting and turning. People working the window not understandable. Could not understand as I ordered was asked to pull up to the window explained again that I wanted a small bag of coffee. They said they didn't have it I said do you not have a can of coffee but in a small bag? They said no. No prompt screen on menu to confirm order.

Come here every day get the same thing 2 for bacon egg and cheese with a substitute for another egg instead of bacon or sausage. Come this morning for my normal order now they want to charge me an extra 4 $ and keep the meat portion. Then ask me if I don't have enough money? I'm not the one working at Tim hortons I own a bathroom remodel company kid I got money. You do ooor business management.
This place used to be good when they had sensible workers. now days every other day someone new working and instead of customer service they chit-chat alot. some workers doesnt even have name tag. No one have proper role on any position they are working. it is sad i have to find alternative just to get my breakfast.

I ASKED FOR a BACON and EGG on a croissant with NO CHEESE! Repeated the order twice, nice and calm and all that... I RECEIVED a croissant with EGG and CHEESE, BUT NO BACON! They CHARGED ME FOR BACON! Of course, nobody believes in giving receipts anymore so I had to accept that a person with dietary restrictions had to go hungry and someone else had to eat it... Hire competent people and pay them accordingly!
