Everytime I go here there is an issue. Me and my wife go to order and they say we can’t do two separate orders? Never heard of this. Then they ask if it’s being paid with the same card like what does that matter?? They told us we have to come in to order. The car infront of us jumped the curb to leave bc they gave them an issue too! We ended up doing the same thing. The last time we came there was a hair in our food and food was cold. Idk how this place don’t get shut down or everyone fired or re trained. Absolutely do NOT waste your time going to this location. Horrible service. I’d give -10000 stars if I could.

Every time I place an order (mobile app) at this specific location it is messed up AND missing things. This is even after I have to pull off to the side and wait for my order. Every single time I either have to go back to complain or deal with very upset children. And when I do complain I get attitude back from the employees.

This is the best Wendy's I've had in years! The food looked exactly like the picture. Hot fresh an juicy. The staff was very friendly. Overall great experience. Would definitely just again.

This is a nice Cafe styled wendies that has some goodly cheep food. Perfect if your in the area or visiting Walmart.
I was there trying to dine in while waiting to charge my EV. The staff refused to let us in. It was cold outside and they said they open at 7am. It was already 7am. They walked away and kept the store closed. Waited almost 10 mins and decide to leave to walk Walmart to grab something there instead. I do not understand why they refused to open the doors, was extremely frustrated.

It is currently November 11, 2024 1:28 pm got my food at 1:00pm so whoever is working this shift (all the workers) no nothing about customer service they were extremely rude because I wanted to use my mobile app for discounts and ripped the card off my hands they need to be fired.
