This place is terrible, the employees are more concerned with talking about Marijuana amongst each other, than helping customers. They turn and look at the long line, and NO ONE acknowledges any customers! One guy stocking sauces laughed and said very vocally, its not his job to do front orders. Worst part, the manager sees all this and has no care, just walked into the back.

The chicken sandwich was not at all up to chicken fillet standards. It was about silver dollar sized, over cooked and soooo dry that I just tossed it out.

Sadly they are closed Sunday. I understand your company and I do get the beliefs and honoring them. I don't get why the NYS thruway allowed a franchise to come in that doesn't serve 7 days a week. Rather have a BK or McDonalds.

This location is on the New York Thruway in one of the new travel plazas. We stopped in hopes of grabbing a quick sandwich and the line was at least 50 people deep. We chose to just grab snacks from the convenience store and get back on the road. These new thruway rest areas are awful. Not easy to get in or out of, bathrooms are ridiculously small, and if you want to eat your food in the facility there is not much room to sit. People are forced to eat in their cars which defeats the purpose of a rest area.
