My first visit was graced by the greeting of the best service employee I have experienced in a great while, April. She was very knowledgeable of the menu options, and conducted herself in the most kind and professional manner. She was able to quickly answer all my questions and make me feel important at the same time. I could tell she was proud to offer me the best experience. After enjoying this meal with my children I returned a few weeks later and the amount of customers had quadrupled from my last visit so they were very busy, but April gave me and every other customer the exact same fantastic service. I can't get over how amazing she is at the front of house. I will be making it a point to return to this location even though it is a rest stop on the thruway.
This was at a thruway stop. Had the egg bacon and cheese biscuit and hash browns. Wasn't bad, but not a biscuit fan. Certainly was fresh. Loved the hash browns. Flavorful and crispy. I can't wait to try their other menus.

Rest stop is too small. No places to sit because it's too small. Food good service at counter excellent.Parking: Rest rooms are too small also for the volume of people. Be ready to wait in line even in the men's roomsLines were at all vendors and there is not enough room to wait for your food to come out even if you are taking it out to your car.

Selection of GF options. Hard to eat gluten free as a truck driver. Tyler deserves an award for going above and beyond at the counter, even going to the kitchen and consulting other staff to help. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.Dietary restrictions: Grilled nuggets were GF, and waffle fries were done in a dedicated frier. Zesty Buffalo sauce had ingredients listed on packaging, and they have a binder to check other products and sauces.
Got to location at 1030 and was told they already closed. Even though posted hours is until 11 and is confirmed by business. Fix your hours. And the attitude of the staff there.

COLD POTATOES SERVED! The sandwich wasn't really hot either. This is the worst chick fillet i've ever been to. I'm accustomed to hot fresh tasting food. I guess because it's on the through way, turn pike. This store is an embarrassment to the name. The atmosphere sucks also as expected in thus part of the country. They are cold just like their food. I wont ever buy from here again. One customer lost [ even though it's a turnpike and I don't even live here]
