Looks like they slapped a coat of paint on the old Pizza Hut inside is run down and kind of dirty. The bathrooms look like a bomb went off. Pizza was average at best. If you're hungry it'll do.

We stopped in Chittenango Pizza on our way from NY to Vermont and it was really nice - fresh, very tasty, good quality ingredients. My Italian husband was very happy! Recommended if you're in the area!

Very long wait time and the quality of the food was sub-marginal. Pizza was overcooked. Apparently they have become popular and as a result they seem to be a bit overwhelmed, and this has hurt the quality of service. May have caught them on a bad night.

Great food and truly amazing guest service. Asked about something that wasn't on the menu and they still made it for me. Not only that told me to call if I didn't like it and they would make something else. Top notch cannoli too.

Was in the area on a trip to the falls, & I stopped as I was got hit with a craving for a nice hot slice, and stumbled across this place. Soon as I walked in the woman at the front was so nice. She made my day with her compliments. It was nice and cool inside in a very hot day. The pizza was out quickly and definitely hot ?. Pizza was delicious. Atmosphere was great, prices reasonable. Can't go wrong here.

Always excellent pizza. The staff works very hard as they are always busy. I brought my mother in for the first time yesterday and she loved it. We got a medium sausage and cheese pizza. It was amazing. ?

Stopped here on our way back home from chittenango to northern New York. Ordered garlic knots, large half meat lovers, half cheese pizza, and a dozen bones in teriyaki wings. The knots were very flavorful and came put quickly! We did wait a bit for our pizza and wings (30 minutes), but to be fair, it was opening sunday night of the NFL season, and they had the phone ringing off the hook for to go orders, so definitely understandable. Pizza came out and was huge! Probably twice the size off a pizza hit large. The wings were absolutely perfect! Crispy skin, covered in a thick tasty teriyaki sauce. For the first time ever, we didn't get a broken, "special" wing that you always get in a dozen at other restaurants. I'm sure you know what I mean. All 12 wings were good size, fell off the bone, and were hot. The pizza was absolutely delectable. Good sauce to crust to topping ratio. The meat lovers half were loaded with meat. I don't think there was a single bite I took where I didn't get all the different types of meat on it. So big thumbs up for that! It was definitely a step up from most pizza places I've been to. Side note, one of the chefs in the back asked every single individual customer as they left how they enjoyed the food and thanked them for their patronage. Definitely showed that they cared about how customers felt about their experience. Place felt homey and comfy. The food was great. The price was low compared to the quality of the meal. We will definitely be back to Chittenango Pizza in the future!

3rd time visiting. All 3 times there was some sort of issue. This time I orderd a steak sub, a meatball sub and took a antipasto salad from the cooler. All were $11.33 each credit card prices according to the menu that was given to me today - online prices are way different btw. The total charge was $45??? $11.33 x 3 = $34 plus a couple $ tax is $36. $9 mystery difference??? When I went back to pick up the subs they were busy so I chose not to question it and cause a scene. Steak sub quality was poor as well; dry and roll over toasted. Unfortunately, I will
not be going back.

Our group had Pizza, Calzones, and the grilled chicken salad. Large portions at a reasonable price, excellent quality. Very satisfied, would recommend, will definitely be back on our next trip to the safari park.
