Ordered a pizza sheet, dozen wings, and garlic bread from Chittenango Pizza — wings were solid, but everything else was a letdown. Pizza was super dry and the crust was hard as a rock. They even mixed up my topping (asked for green peppers, got banana peppers 😅).
Dropped $67 and honestly didn’t feel worth it. Hope they step it up next time because this one missed the mark big time.

The Pizza is excellent. But the restaurant has to improve on the little things. They literally didn't have a garage can to throw stuff away. And only had one set of shakers (Pepper,Oregano, etc) for the entire restaurant.

Food was okay. took 1 full hour for 1 whole steak sub. Was very unpleased with the wait for just one sandwich. Others with larger orders were prioritized over mine and other customers who have arrived after me with larger orders have been taken care before me. Kind of ridiculous. The samis pizza in Bridgeport can whip up a steak sub in under 15 minutes. No idea why the wait was so long.
This is the best pizza and Italian food I’ve ever had and I’m not exaggerating!! Alfredo is out of this world flavorful and the sauce on the pizza is amazing as well!

I tried calling from 8:20 pm to order food. No one picked up. I tried til 8:40pm. I would've picked it up. But, no answer. As a business owner, if I say im open til a certain hour. Im answering the phone. Not happy with that service. Great food, that's why I called. I wont make that mistake again.
