Stopped at the drivethru this morning, placed our order, have always been happy with the food and service, placed an order this morning, got to the window and was missing the munchkins, however did get hash browns I did not order, Asked for the munchkins and they insisted I pay extra for them and keep the hash browns I did not want or order, Got home without munchkins to find that the hash browns I didn't want were burned, cold and rubbery, the breakfast sandwiches were rubbery also, We stop there at least twice a week, never again, done with this shop for sure

I get my ice coffee here everyday and I must say it's consistently bad everyday!! It's literally frustrating when your spending 4 dollars on a coffee and it's horrible. It's always bitter and made wrong. This dunkin needs to train they're employees better. And to change coffee when it's old. I'm a avid coffee drinker and this is complete dissatisfaction. This is by far the worse dunkin around. This is the oneida dunkin im talking about.
