Idk what other people are eating, but it’s basically a slight step above Taco Bell in quality, but you’re paying twice as much. The guac and refried beans are disgusting; both are just pastes that they scoop out of a big pre bought tub.
Great food for 15 years! Nice folks.

It was such a relief to get real delicious home-cooked food. I recommend 2 of everything. Chips and salsa are top notch.

My wife and I discovered this gem last Friday night. WOW! I had the carnitas and my wife had the enchiladas with beef tips. She loved her enchiladas and my carnitas was the best I have ever had. Incredible flavor and a generous portion. Lori, our server was delightful and the family vibe was very comfortable. I highly recommend La Cocina for great and affordable food with friendly service!!

Food tasted good, but my steak was dry. Definitely well marinated and seasoned, though.
Pork for the carnitas looked moist and dining partner said it was delicious.

It was bright and sunny outside and wWme thought the place was closed because it looked dark inside and the OPEN sign didn't appear to be lite. Good thing we checked, the lunch was very good!
I've had chili rellenos in more than a dozen Mexican restaurants and none were better than theirs! (Personally, I don't like the heavily breaded ones)
Friendly and quick service too.

We are visiting from Canada and decided to try this Mexican place well-located between Green Lakes and Chittenango State Parks.
Most dishes we tried were yummy and decently priced (not inexpensive). Costed close to $50 including tax and tip for two adults.
Service was very friendly and courteous ♥️
We liked Chile Relenno, chips and salsa avocado salad, a shrimp dish, and the fresh tortillas. Salsa was so fresh!
Disliked the chicken taco; Big thick non flavourful chicken pieces. Hence 1 ⭐ less.
Parking: Street parking outside the restaurant is free 10-6 and has a 2hr limit.
There is a free parking lot next to the restaurant.

The food here was sooo authentic I thought I left NY! Everything was made hot and fresh and to my specific requests. The atmosphere was chill and relax. Salsa wasn't too spicy. The enchiladas were delicious. The kids menus had a great variety and portions on Everything was too much, had to bring home. Great waitress with awesome people skills. Can't wait to go back.

I ordered the chicken quesadillas, the chicken was very bland and dry. The side of rice that came with it was greasy as well. And the guacamole was more liquid than anything. Two quesadillas and a side guacamole salad was $25. Not worth the money.
