I am glad I am able to request exactly what I want added to my drink, such as, non dairy options as well as half the amount of syrup added to make it not as sweet and less calories.Dietary restrictions: Most of their homemade danish and desserts are not gluten free, but they always have gluten free granola bars and yogurt, and sometimes rice crispy treats that are gluten free.
Tried their lavender honey latte, very pleasant. Cute corner for merch and local goods. Almost missed it because their sign is tiny next to the ice cream place next door.

NOT GLUTEN FREE. This is another place I had bookmarked to visit for a long while because they were bookmarked and reviewed for being gluten free. Only Lenka Bars. Do not come here if you want to eat, someone else’s review has listed them to show up in GF search results.Drip was fine and if they find a way to unlist themselves as accommodating dietary restrictions I think this is a really awesome treat for coffee in the middle of Chittenango.

It's so nice to have a real cafe, not a diner, in this area of CNY. This place fills a niche that The Toast vacated when they moved out of Canastota, and you know what? Serendipity does it *better.*I got the seasonal flight and the breakfast sandwich. Both were great. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Staff are all friendly and service is great.There is plenty of seating with outlets throughout. No couches, just a mix of regular and high-top tables, with bar-style seating by the window. The space is a little on the small side and gets loud when full. Doesn't really have that calm chill vibe as a result. But maybe that's not your vibe. Maybe an energetic social space is what you're looking for. If so, look no more.

I was excited to stop for a treat while in town. I opted for the ices caramel apple cider with whipped topping with caramel drizzle. The young lady who waited on me was the sweetest to assist me, as I am not a coffee drinker. The only regret. I got a small. And I definitely should have gotten a large! I won't make that mistake again.Ps I loved it so much. I stopped and bought ingredients to mimic it at home. Not as good as theirs. But will suffice until I get back out there again.Thank you for your services. Friendly staff and Delicious drink!

Nice little place, that's unfortunately hard to find. They need a sign out on the main drag. Anyway, they have a decent selection of seasonal beverages and a smattering of baked goods. I enjoyed a pistachio drink on ice, and a slightly old croissant. Regardless, the place was bright, cheery and a perfect spot for a pick me up.
