Very nice place, nice people, nice atmosphere. I like the seating outside, and the Cappuccino Crunch is amazing!! 100% would go again. Would recommend.

Very good ice cream and service! We were headed home on our 2 hr drive back after a long day of hiking. It was hot, and ice cream sounded SO good! The girls were fantastic! We didn't realize that technically they closed about 10 minutes ago, but we were served. They were really good at trying out a cherry flurry for us that they hadn't made before. Came out perfectly! Best part....free pup cup for my doggo! This place will be revisited!

Went to The North Pole tonight, arrived just before 8:30. There were three small groups in front of me, a single lady (she paid and they forgot her ice cream and she had to ask about it after the two people behind her received theirs), two people and then a group of five. Waited 25 minutes until it was my turn to order… once we ordered and received our ice cream the disappointment continued. My husband’s flurrie, the cup was half full and the middle was hallow, I ordered a small twist in a waffle cone. My waffle cone had both sides broken off so it was considerably smaller and the whole middle was cracked and it wasn’t even filled to the top even though the cone had been broken. I’m wondering if they are breaking waffle cones for the ice cream nachos they are serving. We went at the beginning of the season and service was quicker and ice cream sizes were normal. Super disappointed.

They always do a great job with some good icecream selections.

Excellent ice cream - soft and scoops. Not overpriced.

Love the fact they wear gloves every time I ask and the girls are always so sweet and kind.

Small portions, not a value. Soft vanilla was satisfactory. Mint Chip Grasshopper was not as described by posted menu. A disappointment. "College" Fund (tip jar) spelled "COIIEGE". Suggest fund for Remedial Upper/Lower Case Learning.
