We arrived after someone with a very big order apparently. We had to wait much longer than typical but the good part was that the manager recognized the situation and got things caught up. She looked me in the eyes and apologized for the wait. It wasn't just a throwaway phrase. I appreciated that.
Who cannot love Chick-fil-A? Whenever I am in East Syracuse, I always make it a point to drive out of my way to go to the Chick-fil-A. The service is amazing, and I love the fact that they bring the food to your table. I always get the three strip chicken, the small waffle fries, and I don't get any of the sauce. An employee left my food sitting on the counter for way to long but Miss Samantha handled the situation by remaking the food and giving us extra food. That’s was super nice of her and top notch costumer service. 👌👌
