“My chicken breast had a wadded up straw paper underneath the skin. Customer service is basically non-existent. they would not give me my refund only a credit for less than what I paid for the meal. Will never go back there again. Manager is worthless also.“

“This is the first time I ever ate inside of a Chick-fil-A. All the other ones I've ever been to, I've either just used the drive through or the walk up window. Very nice, clean place, very quiet, great atmosphere. The best thing about Chick-fil-a, besides the great chicken, is that the employees. They always seem happy to help. Some places you go, it's like you're bothering the employees by being there, not a Chick-Fil-A.“
