“The food was delicious!...but we waited forever and we were stuffed in with people wall to wall just trying to order takeout and was on the more expensive side of fast food. I dont think I would go back just because it was so busy it felt like Penn Station during rush hour...imo not worth it just for a good chicken sandwich.“

“My chicken breast had a wadded up straw paper underneath the skin. Customer service is basically non-existent. they would not give me my refund only a credit for less than what I paid for the meal. Will never go back there again. Manager is worthless also.“

“Customer service at Chick-fil-A is literally off the charts!!!! It’s a hot day muggy and I just ordered a soda. I stopped in Zach. If he isn’t management, he needs to be management. Gave me a soda and told me have a great day. Awesome customer service.“
