I got a chicken bowl as I always do, with chicken…. Side of queso and chips. My rice is hard as hell it crunches, and my chips are so burnt my dog will not eat them…. I saw one of the workers stick his bare hand in the white rice they cooked (mine was brown) to try it, walked around the corner and put it in his mouth (no gloves) and he even said it was hard…. I have so many points through chipotle and I don’t think I want to ever go to this chipotle location again.

I went here expecting a full menu. But yet there wasn't the only thing you could get was a rice bowl. Then the server completely ignored my boyfriend as if he wasn't with me. Then as i go to pay i asked for chips and queso and the lady at the register was completely rude and had a huge attitude. Didn't ever tell me my total luckily i can read the tiny total available on the cash register. She proceeded to slam our cups on the counter and then shoved my food towards me. I was polite and even said thank you even though the complete disrespect i was given. And the cherry on top was the fact the lady never said anything just threw a thumbs up at me with a pissed off look on her face. Will never come here again most disrespectful place I've ever been to.

I did not eat the food here, and will not eat the food there. My daughter applied for a job there and got the job however the manager kept having her come back for her onboarding. At least 3x. She was getting stressed over it and this is a part time job for a 16 year old. I told her her if she is already stressed then it is probably not the place for her to work. However the manager could have completed all this at once if she had bothered to call my daughter and tell her what she needed. I would not recommend eating or working there

I drove here because the Clay/Liverpool location on 31 was mysteriously closed well after business hours started (which is probably for the better because they are ALWAYS out of food items). So anyway, I asked the dude behind the counter "do you have any fajitas coming out?" He looked at me dumbfounded, clearly not understanding Chipotle's own menu. "Peppers and onions. You have any coming out?" He asks a manager who told me "no we don't have any," at 12:30 in the afternoon. I'm done with Syracuse area Chipotles, they are the worst in the country. For God's sake, there's a Wegmans right there. Go buy some veggies.

I love that this place is so close to my house. Food here is excellent but the only thing greater than the food is the service. Very fast accurate and friendly. Everything is clean and organized.

Food was ice cold. Picked it up in the lane on time, and it was ice cold. I have no idea how you make a burrito ice cold two minutes after it was made. The ingredients themselves had to be old and ice cold. Cold rice, cold beans, cold meat, cold tortilla. Thanks guys.

The employee had such a nice smile but she did not change her gloves and that caused me to get sick.... Her smile and good hospitality could not prevent me from getting sick from her lack of sanitation. If you can't change your gloves while you serve food, I can only imagine how you handle it when customers are not looking. Anyways, please change your gloves frequently, or quit your job as a food server.

All of the food from our order tasted like it had sat in the steam wells all day. It was literal mush. My girlfriend and I also have food poisoning from last night as well. This location by far takes the cake as the worst.
