I think this Chipotle is run very well. The front line staff is professional at all times. I also think the quality of Chipotle overall is just spot on right now. I get a honey chicken bowl and eat it for about 3 days.
We've been going 2 times a month for about 3 months. If you change nothing you will continue to be successful for a very long time.

We were hesitant because of the reviews. However, they exceeded our expectations. I dare might say it was the best Chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. The portions were massive, ingredients fresh, and the staff was friendly!
I'm not really sure what's going on here. There's always a massive line and not enough staff somehow even though there's like 8 people back there.
This is the second occasion I've come in and they're completely out of meat so unable to serve anyone at all, meanwhile we're all standing there for 30 mins with zero communication from the staff that are just walking in circles. lines wrapped around the building inside and out.
