“Service was great. The two ladies working were sweet, patient, and great with kids. Food looked like it had been sitting out for a bit and was dry before adding chipotle ranch (or any sauce). The bathrooms were disgusting to the point where I wouldn't use them.

Kid-friendliness: Staff were sweet to children and there were booths available for kids to sit easily.“

“Takes over an hour to order food to be yelled at that they are short staffed and their system is down .... so another half hour just to get out of the drive thru line because they are so short staffed. *Edit visited recently 2 times and the service was fast food was hot and made perfect. It seems like they finally have a good staff.“

“We discovered this delightful gem completely by accident while traveling through Syracuse. The atmosphere is phenomenal with bright colors, a rustic feel, while feeling metropolitan. They had plenty of seating both inside and outside and the service was fantastic. The food was EXCELLENT and well worth the price. The menu was very diverse and lengthy. They had a beautiful bar area and wonderful drink selection.“
