Stopped on black friday for breakfast on our way home,place was comfortable and clean .Hostess was very pleasant and busy,she made us feel welcome.Food was delicious and it was very busy,I understand it's under new ownership and she is doing a good job,wish them years of success!
I ordered Sweet Home Alabama which was basically a pulled pork sandwich with slaw and onion rings. It came with FF or tots. The pulled pork was on the cold side and really didn’t matter as it was 50 percent chunks of fat anyway. I didn’t eat any of the meat as the large chunks of fat turned me off. I ate the tots, the two onion rings and the slaw. We have dined here for dinner probably ten times but this was the worst.
Eaten here twice. Second time waitress tried to drastically overcharge me. I ordered a fish dinner, and was served a fish sandwich. I said it was fine, but then was still billed for a dinner, not the 5$ cheaper sandwich. I asked for sweet potato fries which is a 2$ uncharge, but was billed 6$ . It was fixed after I pointed all this out, but I shouldn't have to. So watch your bill. Food was good both times though.
