“Cicero Wegmans I love you I really do but a member of your produce department really isn’t representing your brand well. On 2/4/23 I accidentally dropped one bunch of cilantro on the floor. It was a soggy snowy day and the cilantro landed in a muddy puddle. I picked it up and brought it to the nearest worker. Our conversation went like this…. Me: Hello I’m so sorry I dropped this cilantro on the floor. Her: Yea? Me: What would you like me to do with it? Her: You can put it back on the shelf. Me: Ummm It was on the soggy floor. Her: Yup! That’s why we tell you to wash your produce. She then takes the cilantro and puts it back!!!! 🤢🤷🏻‍♀️ After she walked away, I grabbed the floor cilantro (I can’t have someone buy that) and brought it to a manager at customer service. The manager fully agreed with me that it was disgusting to put it back. Not sure if that lady was having a bad day or if this is company policy but warning to all my Cicero shoppers……..wash that produce!!!“

“This place is great for a party or a watch party but eating there on the regular I feel isn’t the thing to do. Yes the food is good but it lacks most of the flavor of the names of the foods. The staff are respectful and kind. The atmosphere is very overwhelming and loud. Overall just another New York restaurant.“

“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!“

“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

“Stella's is one of my favorite places for fish on Friday. They have it fried, broiled or grilled. Recently I was there and ordered mashed potatoes with my fish. I did not specify without gravy. When the waitress brought my dinner I was upset because it had gravy. She took them back to the kitchen. When she returned it seemed that I had more than before. Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten, which was in the gravy. For the last 2 days, I have been having symptoms related to eating gluten.“

“We absolutely love Toss and Fire Camillus…we love it so much that it is our Friday dinner weekly!! Although their pizzas are delicious, it is the staff that really keeps us coming back. Specifically, there is an employee named Echo who takes the time to know the regular customers and greets them by name when they enter the restaurant. This type of customer service is what makes them special! They are often busy because everyone knows how good their food is!! I highly recommend them to anyone!! “Mrs. L is a master. These sandwiches are better than you can find almost anywhere. There is no sandwich in all of Los Angeles that can equal these, I found one in Chicago that I would accept as an alternate, if different style. Part of what makes these great, is the use of authentic terrines and cha bong (dried pork), and the fabulous crunchy Di Lauros roll. My friends dad showed my this spot probably 15 years ago, and it has been a favorite treat ever since. I made sure we had some at my wedding as appetizers. This is truly the culinary peak of Syracuse, and we are lucky to have it.“

Twin Trees is famous for their pizza (and for good reason), but I have to say, the buffet truly stood out as well. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care.
