It was a soggy snowy day and the cilantro landed in a muddy puddle. I picked it up and brought it to the nearest worker. Our conversation went like this…. Me: Hello I’m so sorry I dropped this cilantro on the floor. Her: Yea? Me: What would you like me to do with it? Her: You can put it back on the shelf. Me: Ummm It was on the soggy floor. Her: Yup! That’s why we tell you to wash your produce. She then takes the cilantro and puts it back!!!! 🤢🤷🏻‍♀️ After she walked away, I grabbed the floor cilantro (I can’t have someone buy that) and brought it to a manager at customer service. The manager fully agreed with me that it was disgusting to put it back. Not sure if that lady was having a bad day or if this is company policy but warning to all my Cicero shoppers……..wash that produce!!!“

“Service was great. The two ladies working were sweet, patient, and great with kids. Food looked like it had been sitting out for a bit and was dry before adding chipotle ranch (or any sauce). The bathrooms were disgusting to the point where I wouldn't use them.

“We discovered this delightful gem completely by accident while traveling through Syracuse. The atmosphere is phenomenal with bright colors, a rustic feel, while feeling metropolitan. They had plenty of seating both inside and outside and the service was fantastic. The food was EXCELLENT and well worth the price. The menu was very diverse and lengthy. “Just had the Meatza personal pizza from Toss & Fire Pizza and it was absolutely incredible. The crust had that perfect wood-fired char, and the toppings were loaded with high-quality, flavorful meats. Every bite was rich, smoky, and delicious — you can really taste the difference. “We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.
I had the Hibachi salmon with rice and steamed broccoli. Broccoli was a little too over streamed but that's my personal preference, otherwise everything was delicious. My partner had the French Onion burger that she enjoyed.

“Stella's is one of my favorite places for fish on Friday. They have it fried, broiled or grilled. Recently I was there and ordered mashed potatoes with my fish. I did not specify without gravy. When the waitress brought my dinner I was upset because it had gravy. She took them back to the kitchen. When she returned it seemed that I had more than before. Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten, which was in the gravy. For the last 2 days, I have been having symptoms related to eating gluten.“

“I disagree 100 percent that the riggies here taste better than Utica. They simply don’t. The portion size was great, but the chicken was so cut way too small. The sauce just didn’t hit my taste buds the same. The cheese and seasoning on the saucer for bread is just odd. Not bad, just odd. My server never checked in to ask how my food was, but he did have a lot of tables. I probably would return and order something else. Overall, it’s worth checking out. They do seem to get very busy though. Parking can be limited.“
