Everytime my family and I come to NY to visit my grandmother we HAVE to stop here! Best fish fry and German potato salad EVER! Was definitely craving a fish fry during lent, cant wait to go back!
Was at fire this morning, Good luck to all involved.
Joe of Buffalo Joe's is a happy and hard working fellow. I go at least 4 times a month at various times. Michelle is a very pleasant waitress and I enjoy her table side manner. Eat at Joe's, BUFFALO JOE'S that is.
Buffalo Joe's is hands-down my favorite spot around. As soon as you walk in, you get that welcoming feeling of a local restaurant, and the service is incredible. Joe himself is such a nice guy, who will make sure everything is perfect. I have been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and they have all been delicious. I got Eggs, pancakes, toast, bacon and home fries for breakfast and it couldn't have been better. For lunch, i had a panini that just might be the best sandwich i've ever had and for dinner i had a hamburger and fries that were cooked to perfection. Whether you're a local or from out of town, I would definitely recommend going to Buffalo Joe's, 10/10
Enjoyed a much needed morning out at our favorite cafe! Had a relaxing breakfast with great food! Haven't been here lately due to illness. Enjoyed country fried steak and eggs, and my husband had the homemade corned beef hash and eggs. Will go back soon, really missed this place!
Great place to sit down and have a bite with the family. Corned beef hash is great.
Cute little diner that gives you that home cooking feel
The food is always excellent, our server was friendly, but today our food for a table of 4 took over an hour to get to our table. Very unusual for this diner, as we frequent it. We of course still tipped our server almost 24% as of course it's not her fault. We will still most definitely go there again. My panini today was fabulous!!! Normally 5 stars. If you are thinking of going there, yes, definitely go.
The food is okay but nothing special, you can get better at other places. The service was absolutely horrendous. There was hardly any other customers when we went and the staff was so slow and unpleasant. Dirty glasses and silverware too. I would never go back.
Good breakfast. Michelle is a very good waitress?

Everything here is fresh homemade to perfection! Very popular with the neighborhood customers. Very welcoming and super friendly. The staff works very hard with giving excellent service! I was a former waiter and I hand it to them taking on the entire diner with one server on. That’s not easy by any means when you are taking care of needy guests, cashing them out and bussing their own tables. Always be kind to your servers and the staff because it is highly stressful and they do the best they can to make you happy with your visit. I noticed impolite customers during my visit and they were so nasty to the server because they came on their lunch break expecting to be in and out in a half hour during peak time! That’s nearly impossible anywhere you go unless it’s McDonald’s. It is very rude to do that to demand quick service because you’re on your lunch break. You never know what that person may be going through. A death in the family, a loved one with cancer or a tragedy of some sort so just be nice. The owner, Joe, goes above and beyond to make sure your food is prepared to your liking. He takes great pride in his food and holds his composure very well when it gets busy. You rarely see that in restaurants. All in all I give the place props and would highly recommend expanding your establishment due to how popular you are. Keep up the good work because it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed! :) I will be a return customer and can’t wait to try everything else on the menu. :D
The breakfast at Buffalo Joe’s cannot be beat. It’s a small unassuming diner in a crowded plaza, but it is truly a gem! Their country fried steak and sausage gravy breakfast is the best in WNY hands down. Also, they know how to make well-done hash browns! Not a soggy potato in the whole lot. They also have great coffee and your cup will never make it to empty - the servers are very attentive. The service is kind and friendly and you can tell there’s a lot of regulars on a first name basis. Definitely a great spot for some breakfast comfort food. Highly recommend!
Nice quiet place to have a fabulous breakfast or lunch!!!
Ummm... Not good... We live in the neighborhood so we have tried to give this place a chance. It's had 3 chances, each time we hope it's going to be good, but it's not. Too greasy... Food is never cooked right. I would keep driving and find a better diner...
Stopped in on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Service was prompt and friendly. Coffee, which is ground fresh in an old Bunn mill, was a good cup of diner joe. Sausage gravy and biscuits served with eggs caught my eye on the menu. It arrived about 10 minutes after placing my order and was an impressive plate, filling the entire oval stoneware platter. Smooth gravy with onion and black pepper was studded with nuggets of sagey breakfast sausage on top of fluffy split biscuit halves and was just fantastic. Eggs were cooked to order but were served on a separate platter as the biscuits and gravy dish was near to overflowing - it was a messy breakfast, but a delicious one. Will definitely be stopping by again.
