I ordered 2 whopper patties on the side being that I had some bulk white rice left in my rig, I'm going to chop those up and add it together for a meal. They both asked and clarified that I wanted them on the side, inquiring if it was for a pet of mine so they could make fresh one's. Sometimes BK's can be hit or miss depending on the location but this one(or at least these two gents) made it a hit for sure. 12/10 would return again, thanks gents for feeding a hungry trucker, you're the real mvp's!🫡

I understand it was late and close to closing time, but I spent nearly $40 and received cold chicken fries with none of the sauces I ordered. That’s honestly unacceptable. For that price, I expected at least a basic level of care—and hot food. Really disappointing.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever stopped at by far. It's not the fault of the employees. They are understaffed. This is on a major Thruway and they had one person in charge and one young person who was just learning how to assemble the burgers. A third employee was doing prep work. It was a nightmare. 25 minutes between starting to order and the delivery of food. People around me were angry. New York State should boot the franchise owner from the Clarence Rest Stop on the New York State Thruway

Two sandwiches are cold and French fries are extremely salty . Customer service is not friendly. One of the worst Burger King ever . My kids were complaining so much but since we paid $58 and can’t trash . I make them to eat .

I came to this BK because the reviews were surprisingly low. I wanted to test them. Not a very good idea though. Immediately I saw that you had to order from screens. That was a sign that the reviews were right. I ordered an impossible whopper with coke and fries. It took 15 minutes for the food to come with no one in line and one person waiting. When it finally came, the other guy ordered an Oreo shake, the workers put 2 Oreo shakes as what he ordered. When he asked for just one they made him buy 2. He gave us one. The whopper was ok but had way too much ketchup. The fries had A HAIR in them. The coke was a coke, I mean how could you mess that up also how could you mess up a premade shake. Oh and it was $20 for everything. DO NOT COME HERE.
