I adore this tea shop! They have such a wide selection of tea that I never get bored of trying new flavors. My favorite tea flavor is Resting Peach Face- don't you love the name too! It's always such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere too. The owner is very knowledgeable about tea. Plus you can get a tea flight tasting- how cool is that! Definitely one of my favorite spots in town.

Excellent tea shop with a wide array of services available. There's tea to go, tea you can drink there, even teaware rental. Highly recommend!

I recently started stopping there for tea. She has too many to try. The owner is so nice. I look forward to the next time I go there.

This is the absolute cutest place I've ever been! You can enjoy a tea service with beautiful tea cups and yummy scones or charcuterie, or browse the shop. I bought this tea cup candle and it's so cute ? Can't recommend this place enough!

Best tea shop in the area! The owner is very friendly and knows her teas. Tea is very reasonably priced. Tea from everywhere in the world too! I love the fact that all of the teas are sealed in a package by her, and that the packages are biodegradable. I don't like my tea to be in a jar and then have a sho owner go into the jar and contaminate the teas...there are a few tea shops in the area, and I will always choose to come here. The owner has a lot of cool workshops that she host and does brunch. I have NEVER had a problem with any brunch or class. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I attended one of the Saturday brunch-style bites and brews. It was absolutely lovely! The bites were delicious and we had endless samples of both an iced and hot tea. The host was extremely accommodating. Can't wait to go again!

As soon as I walked in, the owner was welcoming and eager to help! She curates some of the teas in house, and is passionate and educated about all things tea. All of the selections I bought have been great, try Moonlit Harvest White - so smooth! Tea lovers, get in here!

I cannot say enough how wonderful of an experience I have had with Cuppa Culture! I missed my tea brunch appointment this past Saturday due to a medical emergency, and JD offered to meet me to deliver my box of brunch goodies so my mother and I could still enjoy it. We were able to a few days later and everything was still so fresh and tasty. JD even followed up with me today to see how I was feeling and if we were able to enjoy our brunch. Cuppa Culture goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service! I would highly recommend joining them for any of their variety of events. I will certainly be joining them for a tea brunch again in 2022.

Friends and I love tea, and were delighted to find this little shop has a tea-brunch on Saturdays. I wanted to call and make reservations, only to find that a phone # was not listed. I went to their FB page and messaged them regarding reservations. I was told the business does not have a phone. That was odd...but whatever, I still wanted to make reservations for a girlfriend get-together. In continuing to message the owner, I was told that reservations had to be made on-line. No biggee, I do this sort of thing all the time. As I navigated the website to arrange tea for a party of 6, I was told that payment of approximately $150, must be in advance. Hmmm. I don't have a problem paying $25 a person for tea, but never had to pay in advance when making any type of dining reservation. I was a little uncomfortable as I didn't see a cancellation policy...and the unexpected often does arise. When I reverted back to messenger, attempting to ask the owner what happens in the event we must cancel, I was met with quite the attitude. She went on and on about how "I'm trying to run a business here, not be available to answer all your questions on demand". Well excuse me Ms. Cuppa Rudeness. Perhaps if your business was normal and had a phone...you might be able to simply do just that. She also explained "I own a tea shop, not a restaurant!!" Uh, well you offer tea and brunch by reservations...so to me, that qualifies you as somewhat of an eating establishment. She then continued to say "I do collaborative brunches with other businesses as stated on the website and all postings. All businesses associated with the brunch service are listed on the website. Reach out to all of them individually to acquire answers to all of your questions including all of their individual order cancellation policies". Really lady? I'm not trying to plan a royal wedding here, just afternoon tea. SMHNonetheless and after listening to such snippy comments for simple and legitimate questions, Cuppa Culture is not worth the time, money, or haughty hassle. My party and I made reservations at Asa Ransom House...where you pay when services are rendered. Their high tea is lovely and served in an elegant and historic setting...not a store which resembles a thrift shop.To the owner of Cuppa Culture. If you ever wish to have a successful business...lose the arrogant "tude". Bad news and word of mouth travel fast, and both are doing just that right now.
