Came to get a quick snack and paid for it. After paying they didn't give us our donuts . After asking we looked and there were flies on the donuts and instead of apologizing they said it was normal and were pretty rude

I ordered snack bacon and received roughly 3 pieces instead of the standard 8 pieces. When I provided feedback to the store, the server—whose name was Austin or something similar—claimed they only offered 4 pieces, and the menu stated 8 pieces just to “look nicer.” As a regular customer, I knew this was a complete lie but felt there was nothing I could do about it.

Ee’s have rude comments. I ordered my drink with carmel on top at the register but got one without. When asked for it I was told in the rude way “next time ask for carmel at the register”. That comment was absolutely unnecessary. More acceptable would be “let me get that for you”

This location is the reason that I will avoid going to Dunkin in the future. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a breakfast sandwich while the cashier had a smoke. She finally came to the window and handed me a bag. I was so disgusted, I drove away without checking it. Five miles down the thruway later, I checked and found 2 plain donuts!! I tried to report it to customer service, but they are just as worthless as the store employees.

Even a 1 star review it’s way too much for this place, I would leave a 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. SAVY shouldn’t be working in customer service. So disrespectful, insensitive and rude.

SAVY doesn't know anything about customer service. She is disrespectful, inconsiderate, and unkind. When ordering through the machine, she doesn't bother to check the tickets. I had to wait for a long time, watching how they attended to other customers but ignored me for just 12 donuts. Moreover, this disrespectful SAVY asked us to move from the place. As customers, we have the right to wait. If you don't want customers waiting for so long, it's as simple as serving the donuts quickly. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get the donuts. SAVY's excuse was that we have to speak to her, but her tone of voice was super bossy, as if we should guess that she can't check the tickets, so we have to "speak."

If all customers have to speak and say, "Hey, I ordered something through here, could you check the tickets," then the technology is not working for this store. You might as well go back in time and use real cashiers. Otherwise, we give SAVY excuses to yell at customers and be as bossy as she can be, screaming that it is our obligation to "speak" and let her know what her job is.

I've stopped here the last 2 mornings to get breakfast while traveling the thruway for work. I've been pleasantly surprised with this location. Not the friendliest employees but most certainly not rude either. They were fast, made my food correctly each time and my drink was made the same (correctly) both times. All those are things that my local Dunkin cannot seem to get right. I will be stopping every time I'm on the thruway!
