El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant - Clarence

I ordered the ramen and the birria tacos and they were not very good. The tacos and the ramen had a weird almost metallic taste to it where it left me gagging and almost throwing it all up. I wanted to try it because people suggested it but I will never again,try it, ever. It was such a waste of money.

Wow, after all the years getting El Ranchito, NEVER AGAIN! We took friends of ours after telling them how good it was. What a mistake. The waitress didn't speak English well at all, seemed overwhelmed. Shame. We ordered and got the wrong food (?) which normally you would tell the waitress. We never saw her and frankly didn't speak English! Food bland, boring, etc., etc., Waited 15 minutes after eating and again, NEVER SAW THE WAITRESS for the bill. Hailed another waitress, who finally got our original waitress to give us the bill. Summing up: SERVICE SUCKED, FOOD MEDIOCRE, WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I view this last and final episode as a TOTAL waste of our time and money and will find other Mexican food (El Cubilete, in NF which is awesome) and hope people steer clear of what was once a good Mexican restaurant. You can see why they used to be busy, but not so much now. Go elsewhere and save your time and money!

The food is really good. Everything was really good. The people the atmosphere. The only suggestion I would give them is people that are not familiar with Mexican food their menu you should have pictures! It would be really helpful

I ordered take out through this el ranchito location off Main Street. Upon opening my food, two of my three tacos had green mold on the corn tortilla shell. As someone who is currently pregnant, and as a human being, this is very concerning.

Great family restaurant - my kids love it.

Great spot for delicious Mexican food! Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were very reasonable. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a must stop if you love Mexican food. The drinks were excellent and priced right. The food was amazing and so was the service. Highly recomend.

This place isn't it. We had take out once before and the food tasted ok but the portions were too small for the price. Decided to try in house and it was just as disappointing if not more of a disappointment.
I had the fajita quesadilla which lacked flavor and was just something I could make at home with salt and pepper. My wife had shrimp fajitas which also lacked flavor and lacked shrimp. There were 5 shrimp for her fajitas which was such a a disappointment for the price they charge. Her margarita was pure syrup and we had to have it remade after reaching out for the waitress who was MIA for how dead the restaurant was. We had to do the same to pay the bill to leave...

Ok I had to change my review because I don’t know what went wrong here , order chicken nuggets for kiddo and they were completely burned. Tried pollo con crema and it was not good.
