I'm so disappointed this restaurant has changed owners and chefs the food does not taste the same, the authenticity is no longer there. It is unfortunate I used to visit this place at least five times a year or more. Back when the original owners ran it I would have scored it a 8.9 out of 10 Luna's The food tasted great and very authentic. But now I'll give it a score of 5.5 out of 10 Luna's. The food presentation is great but the taste is very bland, The servers are nice.

We ordered takeout on 3/2/24. The food was bland and cold. I don't think there was a single spice in the food. The re-fried beans looked bad and tasted like paper mache. The rice was hard and cold and probably sat in a pot somewhere for hours. We ordered two chicken bowls...the chicken was shredded and not a single piece was larger than a dime. I wish we would have gone to Chipotle ... at least you get what you expect. Terrible!

This is one of my favorite restaurants so I decided to try the location on Niagara Falls boulevard and the service was terrible. The waitress was beyond rude and made the entire lunch uncomfortable. I will not go here again.

food was just ok. must've been precooked because we got our food in less than 5 minutes after ordering. waiter did not ask us once if we needed anything. it was freezing inside the restaurant, we did not complain but heard two other people complain about how cold it was. will never go back- never. way overpriced also.
