Really it's 3.5 stars from me, but that isn't an option and the food was delicious so I selected four stars. The building is beautiful, historical and full of character, which we loved. Service was prompt, slowed down a little bit as it got busier but nothing terrible. Four of us spent just over $400 with two apps, drinks, four entrees and one dessert. The food was delicious, but for the price the portions are SMALL. I personally had the scallops, for $38 my plate was...
I’ve been to Humbert House in Clarence a few times now, and I’ve noticed some wonderful improvements with each visit.
The food has always been good, but the first time I went, there were limited vegetarian and gluten-free options, which made it a bit tough for my date. Since then, I’ve seen the menu evolve and expand. They’ve become much more accommodating, which I really appreciate. On one visit, they even brought out a lobster roll without the roll...

Stopped by for a few drinks after dinner at This Little Pig across the street. The smoked Blantons old fashion was very good, my second favorite version of the cocktail but every where has different ingredients and ways of making them. Only thing was it was very pricey compared to other places I’ve been (110$ for 2 Blantons old fashions here). I will have to come back to try the food at some point, and will update my review score then.
