WE went to the Humbert House several years ago for New Year and I'd never review a place for that night. We went back this past Saturday evening finally. I had high expectations. The four of us arrived and were seated right away. A nice bright corner table by windows. Our server, a nice fellow, came to welcome us and said he would be right back to get our drink orders. He came bake in about ten minutes to take the order and then about twenty minutes later with our drinks...

6 of us had NYE dinner, had a reservation at 7, and we were seated right away. Waiter didn't come by our table for 15 minutes, drinks arrived after we were there for 40 minutes. Food was pricey but decent. Wasn't a bad meal overall but for the cost we all expected larger portions and better service.

Food was wonderful. Service was great. Had some live music which was nice. The prices are a bit obscene and in the end of the day there are plenty of places with food that is just as good for half the price.
