Please do everyone a favor and close all locations. Product is horrible, customers service horrible. As a company how do you stand behind garbage it shows your standards for a company. BTW if you continue to delete my reviews I will continue to post to prevent you as a company distributing poor product to a consumer. It's just wings... can't even make them right cmon now it's just wings we live in buffalo.. i got the wing combo, wings were undercooked and I got like 10 fries which were soggy... alteast the cheesecake was good.. absolutely terrible will never order

Ordered 8 bone-in wings and curly fries the wings weren’t done the honey chipotle sauce was not on the wings very disappointed.

Ordered for pick up. Unfortunately, I am so disappointed.Ordered 8 bone in wings with Buffalo sauce. It came with fries which were bland. The wings weren't very saucy.The wings were extremely garlicky. I wish their me u would have stated that as I have a stomach sensitivity to it.Go somewhere else.

Last stop at the end of a great trip: at the CHILI'S in Clarence, NY. We had one of the lunch specials which included a drink, soup, a burger and fries. Neither my friend or myself could clean our plates. Everything was delicious. Pretty much the same price we would pay at a fast food place! I hope to go again.

Would not let me order pickup doordash kicked the order right back to me said they couldn't communicate with their systemThanks for the response I will need to try ordering again your food smells really good when I pick it up always wanted to try it.

We decided to stop here after work on a Thursday evening as we didn't feel like cooking, we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat our server was Laura and she said the 2 for $25.00 deal was a great deal and food was good, so we took her recommendation..............what a mistake my husband had the as described grilled chicken fajitas....really grilled ? There were no grill marks on the chicken and it was super bland no taste what so ever looked like it was cooked on a George foreman grill still totally white and I had the 6 oz sirloin meal with the garlic mashed, the steak was ok but the garlic mashed were so thick like they were boxed potatoes and they were a greyish brown in color not white at all. I was glad it was the 2 for $25 meal because had I paid full price I would have not been happy. The best part of the meal was the cold beer and the chips and salsa. I would not recommend the 2 for $25 get a meal you want and pay the extra money it was almost like it was pre-prepared, and I like Chili's normally not this night
