Love this store. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. Food was hot and ready. Iced coffee cold and perfect. Only downside was my oatmeal came with nothing (no toppings) and I was not aware of it until I got to work. So plain it is. Other than that, great experience.

Other locations are more consistent with the drinks quality and order accuracy. Just ordered here for the last time after bringing home a drink that was half full and made wrong. Didn't notice until i was home unfortunately.

The workers were SO RUDE. The blonde at the window kept rolling her eyes at me and saying rude comments. Never going back to this location they also made my drink wrong and then got mad at me when I asked them to remake it

I’m not going to bash this location but to whomever the GM is - you should seriously consider having somebody from corporate come in and teach somebody how to properly make the drinks here. If You price gouge customers you can at least make sure we get what we pay for. I order one of the most simple drinks off the menu and it’s hit or miss every time, they should be all made the same exact way. Iced Matcha should not be dark olive green for example it’s supposed to be light green. Dolce Lattes should not be half whip cream and half coffee and not filled all the way. I would like a refund for my order that was picked up today, I will be reaching out to corporate to express my frustration as well.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! They truly remember the customers (maybe because I have a Starbucks addiction, who knows) Anne is my favorite! I hate to even write this because the staff is usually nice but this is now the 4th time I’ve done mobile order ahead before going to work and the cafe has been closed. I always order 15 minutes before I even get to the store. The sign on the door tells you that you can pick up your order in the drive thru line. Well, when the drive thru line is 10 cars deep, this now defeats the purpose of mobile order. Please don’t allow people to use this service through the app if it cannot deliver what it is provided for, convenience. I am now going to be late for work because of this…again. I’ve even had to leave my order there before because I couldn’t be late. If it’s due to short staffing or what have you, then disable the mobile order option on the app so this doesn’t keep happening.
EDIT: When I finally did get my coffee, the espresso was burnt. I’m sure they’re trying their best but someone please get them some extra help in there.

Usually the Clarence location has been good but this morning I ordered an iced shaken expresso it basically was all ice with not much in it. Not good....
