I got 0 service. Staff refused to make my order although I paid for it through doordash. Staff was Lazy and refused to refund me after I asked. The one male working was especially rude.

I’m not going to bash this location but to whomever the GM is - you should seriously consider having somebody from corporate come in and teach somebody how to properly make the drinks here. If You price gouge customers you can at least make sure we get what we pay for. I order one of the most simple drinks off the menu and it’s hit or miss every time, they should be all made the same exact way. Iced Matcha should not be dark olive green for example it’s supposed to be light green. Dolce Lattes should not be half whip cream and half coffee and not filled all the way. I would like a refund for my order that was picked up today, I will be reaching out to corporate to express my frustration as well.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! They truly remember the customers (maybe because I have a Starbucks addiction, who knows) Anne is my favorite! My drinks are always made with perfection and the welcoming is always heart warming!!❤️ great location! With amazing staff! Keep up the good works guys!!❤️

I hate to even write this because the staff is usually nice but this is now the 4th time I’ve done mobile order ahead before going to work and the cafe has been closed. I always order 15 minutes before I even get to the store. The sign on the door tells you that you can pick up your order in the drive thru line. Well, when the drive thru line is 10 cars deep, this now defeats the purpose of mobile order. Please don’t allow people to use this service through the app if it cannot deliver what it is provided for, convenience. I am now going to be late for work because of this…again. I’ve even had to leave my order there before because I couldn’t be late. If it’s due to short staffing or what have you, then disable the mobile order option on the app so this doesn’t keep happening.
EDIT: When I finally did get my coffee, the espresso was burnt. I’m sure they’re trying their best but someone please get them some extra help in there.
Usually the Clarence location has been good but this morning I ordered an iced shaken expresso it basically was all ice with not much in it. Not good....

I come back home to see this Starbucks opened up right next to a local coffe shop, goodrich coffee, in order to steal its customers and drive them out of business. Disgusted. I will never be going to a Starbucks again. This is just another case of a corporation trying to destroy locally owned businesses.

I ordered 3 drinks and 2 cake pop. The cake pops took 5 minutes even thou they just have to throw them in a bag. We were the only ones there for the first 10 minutes and I get if they have a lot of online order but on the board of orders I was the only one in progress. I waited 40 minutes just to get the wrong drink and the other 2 took forever also. I went up to ask if they were going to be out soon and I had 2 people stand right in front of me look at me roll there eyes and then walk away. Then my last drink comes out and the lady rudely said sorry for the wait it was put in the wrong spot. Not going back to that location. It’s so expensive and for the disrespect and wait you get from that place is insane. Also the place was just gross. There was spilled milk on the floor that took them 30 minutes to clean up even thou they were just standing around talking. Definitely don’t go there. They will ruin you’re whole day
Dietary restrictions: They are always out of everything even thou they actually do have it. I wanted to get almond milk in one of my drinks and the person said they were out and then I was sitting waiting and then the other girl working takes it out drops it and spills it all over the floor

was In Clarence NY for 4 days and went to this location for early morning coffee each day. I was with A party of Three on a golf outing . Beautiful store. Employees are a zero in customer service. Does this store have any management? was always something no coffee-no stir sticks- can’t do pour overs- I could go on but …I will definitely use another coffee shop next time i’m in town.
