Tomahawk pork chop with gorgonzola sauce with small slices of banana pepper. Delicious and tender with a crispy panko breading. Our server, Valerie, was excellent and the atmosphere was just right for a date or with a few friends.

We reached out to The Hollow just a few days before our Celebration of Life event and they were very responsive and willing to host us on a day that they were normally closed. They set up a wonderful buffet and attended to our needs throughout the event. There was an abundance of food and it was delicious. We were so pleased that we could spend time with family without worrying about a thing.

Every bite of every dish was delicious. We tried the pot stickers, a side of sesame chicken, Boo had steak and I had the Chicken Milanese. His steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The chicken was crispy and delicious. You could tell all the ingredients were fresh. The Oreo peanut butter pie was so good. This place isn't cheap, but if you're looking for a casual/fine dining experience this is worth it!

Unfortunately, the food at this cute place in Clarence was overpriced and horrible. Asked what kind of steak with noodles and was told very tender flank steak. The steak was chewy and inedible. Spit it out in napkin. $27 for noodles, vegetables and steak was pricey, but worth it if good. Sesame chicken was horrible too. When explained to waitress that steak was tough, she didn’t apologize, just said that’s the first she heard. Well, maybe they should start asking patrons how their meal was. Maybe that’s why it was dead in there. Nobody is coming back a second time. Too bad. I wouldn’t be writing this if she acknowledged that I wasn’t happy. Sux of us give a bad review.

My niece & I went for Easter brunch, and shared the crab cake eggs Benedict & French toast with mascarpone & fresh fruit. Both were amazingly good, beautifully presented. Our server Elizabeth went out of her way to take care of our needs. I'll definitely be back with my husband who is vegetarian, as there were multiple options sure to please him, or anyone who is vegetarian, or even vegan. Great atmosphere and love the decor and cleanliness.

Very nice place with great service. The food was not quite worth the price though. Had the chicken Milanese and the chicken cutlet was not pounded thin and lacked seasoning. Smashed potatoes were dry and lacked flavor. No bread with meals and portions were not great. Two of us liked the food and two did not. With some improvements this place could be great. A little disappointed.

I find almost any restaurant has good food, but a great server is what makes a great dining experience. Rene was amazing.

Called during the dinner rush for take out, and they answered almost immediately. The courteous service was both helpful and knowledgeable. The wait was less than 20 minutes. I haven't eaten here in over 3 1/2 years, but these are things i had grown to expect back then, being there so much at that time. The food, however, was somewhat of a "quiet storm", perhaps ending in a rainbow; executed with a clear intensity of passion. An aptly inspired, late summer, beet and goat cheese salad with grilled chicken and balsamic vinaigrette followed by a lovingly prepared and timeless blueberry crisp. I can't eat too much sugar, so i avoided the vanilla ice cream. It was delicious, fresh, and casual yet elevated; it hit the spot. Quite a serendipitous solution to my neglected and growing hunger was set off like a wildfire upon first glance at the Facebook specials page. I literally could not resist. Bravo, Chef. You delivered. Ty.

The food was delicious, especially the sweet chili cauliflower! The presentation and the atmosphere were wonderful. They do, however, claim on their menu that many of their dishes can be adjusted so that they're vegan/vegetarian/allergy free and that turned out not to be true, unfortunately. I tried to have a few dishes adjusted to be dairy free and was told by our server that they couldn't do that because the dishes "are pre-made". That was a disappointment but she did at least offer a different side to go with my meal. Service was good!

Dietary restrictions: They do not offer substitutions for dietary restrictions.

We ordered the appetizer special which didnt wow us. I had the drink special which i really liked. My husband got the Gin Gin and the Ahi Tuna entree, both were fantastic! I loved the chicken milanese. Went here at 7pm on Saturday night. About 80% of tables were occupied and several people at the bar. The seating was more relaxed for what we thought was a more upscale dining experience.

Nice family owned bistro.Went here for my anniversary in this place did not disappoint. My wife is vegan and they had multiple great options. We started off with the vegan arancini which was like a fusion of Italian and Asian in particular reminded me of sushi rice. Then I had a wonton soup that had nice firm wontons that were pretty well sized. My wife had a vegan pasta that was made with cauliflower but had a Alfredo type consistency and she was thoroughly pleased. Had the hollow burger with the egg on a pretzel bun which was a good burger but was absolutely filling. Highly recommend trying this place out
