IHOP is a new and nice restaurant with a bit of country music playing. The food is delicious, especially the biscuits. The service is quick, with friendly and patient waitstaff. The kid-friendly meals are reasonably sized and good. Wheelchair accessibility is easy with upfront parking. The place is under new management, busy but fantastic service from Heather and delicious food from the kitchen. The only downside is the unwelcoming hostess. It's a nostalgic place similar to Denny's, a step up from fast food, but not quite local diner level. Quick service after placing an order, but no drink refills offered.
