“We experienced an error with our order. When we went back to adjust it, we were greeted with a friendly and apologetic manager (could have been the franchise owner) who apologized for the mix up and provided us with apple pies as an apology token. The other staff we encountered were also very friendly and warm. Such a nice change from other McDonalds in the city!“

“I got a Kiss sundae. The Hershey kiss was old chocolate, not appealing and I think the chocolate should have been unwrapped and put on top. I did not eat that, but the ice cream sundae was good. Prices reasonable. They have soft serve ice cream that is better than the hard scoop, IMO.“
