I visited for the first time ever at the Clifton Park location. I had a question and Lily the employee found an answer for me. The chocolate and peanut butter fro yo together with PB sauce and hot fudge was soooo delicious. Awesome employee in Lily and a fantastic young lady whom I believe was the manager or supervisor. Very kind and polite. Clean tables and food areas. I'll definitely return.

16 Handles in Clifton Park did such an amazing job for a graduation party that I had.
They allow you to order as many varieties as you want. The great thing is it covers all kinds of dietary restrictions. Everyone was able to have it!!! It was such a big hit at the party and I can’t wait for the opportunity to use them again!!!
I have been a fan from the start, when you receive such good customer service it just takes it to the next level!!

16 handles usually has the best frozen yogurt in the area. It can be a bit pricey and the flavors can be hit and miss, but I like that they rotate.This location is clean, has lots of topping options, and usually has good service.
Kid-friendliness: Menchies is very fun for kids! Mix and match and try flavors

Overall a delicious experience! You get quality frozen yogurt with a variety of toppings! They also have vegan options. However, items are a little on the pricey side and customer service needs improvement.

The frozen yogurt is really good, however the atmosphere is terrible. The workers always have an attitude. It feels like all they want is for me to get my ice cream and leave. I only come here for the frozen yogurt and that’s because it’s the only good one here. Wish the workers were more welcoming. I also found a piece of hair in one of the toppings and when I told of the workers, she gave me an attitude like I was the one who put the hair in there.

It's been overdue for me to rate this place, honestly! The frozen yogurt quality and options are wonderful, and the quality of the toppings are always great. It's so nice to be able to get fruit topping that's actually fresh and not either mushy or heavily preserved in a sauce.Bonus points for having airy whipped cream and not cool whip. Nothing against cool whip, but I don't really care for the texture of it on my soft serve or my yogurt.The only thing I recommend is checking the hours before you stop over. I have had times where I try to stop in after dinner only to find they're closed. They aren't a late night location, and you may be tight on time to stop over for a post-meal dessert. Summer hours are a tiny bit later if I recall, so you may have better luck with a night time dessert pit stop in the June-August months.But all the same, I recommend the stop. The price is great (it's by your bowl's weight, so it's ultimately up to you), the food quality is lovely, and it's a nice, calm atmosphere and a very clean store.
