I went to 99 in Clifton Park for Mother's day dinner with my daughter & grandchildren. We were sat immediately & Nate ,our server came Right over with a smile,a Great attitude & popcorn, & won my grandson over w the popcorn & the fact that Nate knew the video game my grandson was playing on his mom's phone. There weren't alot of diners, we Had great service, every time we asked for something else,Nate was right on it. I was a server, & I'll admit I did worse if I wasn't Busy,, because I'd Starr talking to coworkers,,it's easier to get distracted,,,but Nate was happy, helpful, & did a great job. The food was great,,smothered tips, were delicious. Thank you Nate for the Best service we've had in a Long Time.Kid-friendliness: Nate was comfortable talking with my grandson, & patient.

Mediocre chain restaurant at best. Food was palatable. Wait staff was friendly. Not in a rush to go back.

Our server was very good, but I must say the food has become very average. Nothing to make me rush back.

Brought the grandkids for an impromptu lunch. The employees were quick to greet and seat us. As well as being great with the kids.

Food is pretty good, staff is usually attentive, and it's never rowdy. They have 23oz beer mugs, which is nice. Usually attracts an older crowd. Big bar with a trivia night on Thursdays.

Food excellent, service excellent, staff friendly, well dressed and attentive thus excellent, appearance of dining room excellent, background music the pits! 8 days from Christmas and not one Christmas song, nor any holiday music could be heard, just hip hop nonsense. A real let down from what was otherwise a very enjoyable experience, and to the credit of our waiter we were wished a Merry Christmas, not the Happy Holiday greeting so often used.

I've never actually had a bad tasting meal at 99 but I don't know what's going on with the service. There was only a handful of people Seem to have a full staff And it took me forever to get my food. I actually almost left and went to get something to eat somewhere else.

They did have a decent selection of food seafood stuffies were very good. The breaded cauliflower was pretty undercooked and still tasted like batter throughout though which was disappointing.

Overpriced, small portions of less than average tasting food. Will they be closing when Chickfil-a opens next door? Our takeout order lacked an items that we paid for. My food was overcooked and tasteless.

Wonderful experience. My waiter Lizzie was tremendous. She catered to my needs and made sure everything was correct. Even checked if my steak was cooked to my liking. She stopped frequently even tho she was busy. The food is a great bargain. I got a steak with mash potatoes and coke slaw. I couldn’t ask for a better experience while reading a book. Very laid back too.

Always delicious!! 99 has always been one of the highest quality chains around in my opinion. Their chicken is so good (and I'm pretty picky with chicken lol), I've been a fan of the balsamic chicken since I was a kid and it never disappoints. Definitely a step above other chains. I love the sides options and petite treats as well. 99 is always a favorite!
