Came in today to a VERY busy Monday. The women in front of me was being very rude to the employees complaining about the long line. I just wanted to say all the employees here are awesome. I know what it’s like to work at the food industry when it’s extremely busy. I appreciate all of you guys. And the pizza here is always awesome!! Keep up the great work.

Not bad for a weekday lunch stop. I came in when the doors opened. The area was very clean and orderly. Prep area was well organized. The ingredients looked fresh, and tasted fresh. If you area cheese lover, you will love this place. I'm not a big fan of he drink selections. I always wish there were more sugar free options besides diet soda. No one ever offers seltzers or iced quality unsweetened teas anymore. One compliant if I have to point something out. The staff member was bouncing back and forth with an online. Order. One was gluten free dough, the other was not. She didn't change her gloves between handling doughs. Nit-picking I'm sure. But still, gluten free is gluten free. Other than that, I love blaze overall for a quick pizza option.

Crust was solid, tomato sauce wasn't great. Service was good and very friendly, but it took a long time for me to order and get my food because there were four or so people in front of me. In really between 3 and 4 stars for food.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING YOUR ORDER.*** I placed a pickup order from Blaze Pizza through a food delivery app and had a very disappointing experience. My pizza was completely burnt, bitter, and could not be eaten at all. I didn’t know it until I got home.
I contacted Blaze Pizza and sent them my receipt as requested. Their response was generic and didn’t address the issue. Instead of offering a real apology, compensation, or any real support, they told me to sign up for a rewards account and keep ordering to earn points. That felt dismissive and unprofessional.
If I hadn’t placed the order through a food app, I wouldn’t have gotten a refund. Be cautious if you’re ordering pickup, please remember to check your food before leaving, and keep your receipt. I wouldn’t recommend this Pizza brand based on my experience. Thank you for reading.

Wasn’t cooked! Doughy pizza. It blows my Mind how someone can make a pizza and serve it thinking it’s cooked when it’s still dough or maybe they are in such a rush they just don’t care. I couldn’t eat it. Never again!

Pizza was absolutely soaked in the “drizzle” of olive oil. My husband, baby, and I decided to eat our pizza in the dining area at Blaze and there was SO many of those little drain flies flying around. All around not an enjoyable experience.
Always great!.. only reason I didn't give 5 stars, no chicken nor bottled water this visit?? Strange.

Y'all's pizzas are great, but when my gf and I came in it appeared one of the employees did not take my girlfriends celiacs disease seriously. This is a problem, it's not a fad for her, and she can become extremely sick. Please be mindful and empathetic towards those who state they have medical issues.

I ordered 3 items and only two of them arrived because whoever was working convinced the DoorDash driver that the brownie (item 1), breadsticks and half pizza (item 2) in the box was the entire order. They failed to bring me an entire $30 large pizza and then wouldn’t answer the phone and refused another online order from me. Two stars because the food was good that did arrive, luckily I ordered vegan cheese on the breadsticks so I could eat those and my Mrs will have the small pizza that arrived. I imagine the large pizza would be good if it actually showed up. Below is a photo of my large pizza that never showed up.
