Best French Vanilla coffee I've ever had. It's worth going there just for the coffee. The bagels are extra good, especially the blueberry that I got on our recent trip. I really enjoyed the different flavors of cream cheese as well. Thanks to Randy and Jeff for the great service!

I had to make a quick stop to get bagels for my entire staff at work. I should have called ahead but didn't. Jeff. The manager and his staff took really good care of me and a quick and orderly manner. I really appreciate his attention

This location has come so far in the past few years . If you haven’t been I highly recommend it. Randy and the crew make every visit a success. I used to come here years ago but stopped because of the employees. I really urge everybody to give this location another shot! Thank you Randy, Sean and everybody else here that puts in the effort to make my breakfast enjoyable every single morning.

Ok I love ordering bagels. But I can't use the app to place an order bc there's no option to customize the bagel variety so i always call. We'll nobody has been answering the phone in weeks in the Clifton Park, NY location! I call at all different times with no luck. What's going on?

This was my first time at Brueggers Bagels. And wow there are so many choices to choose from. I went with my go-to bagel sandwich egg, cheese, and ham. The staff were so nice to me and explained how to order and so how. I have to say I am impressed and will be back to try some out of the box bagel sandwiches

Hash brown was burnt black on top and fully raw under the char.

Bagel was a pale white on top, very chewy, underdone, and had raw parts to it.

I couldn't eat my meal. I spent $20 on it and the food was raw and inedible.
