Now I'm no fast food worker but I can't imagine it's that hard to get an order correct. The last 4 times I went thru the drive thru, it took forever. my order was missing something..its food was hardly even warm, cold fries and only about half filled. 3x it was a sandwich and once was my motz fries... i got the marinara but they forgot the motz fries. gas prices are to high to drive back for a 2 dollar item.

Consistently good food, reasonable prep times, overall good for fast food. They are thorough, and ove the course of 10 years, I haven't been shorted or wronged, and that is priceless.
In terms of neat and clean, being hand sanitizer. I'm not sure what it is with Burger King's, you can feel your shoes sticking to the floor.

PLEASE, Please, please, stop over-salting your fries. People can always add salt if they want more. I literally have to brush the salt off my fries to make them edible. It's crazy! My clothes, my plate, everything covered in salt. SMH
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Burger King. They have consistently messed up my orders, and when I went back the next day to get the correct item, they refused to help me because I hadn't called right away. It was snowing heavily, which made it difficult to return immediately, but they showed no understanding or willingness to resolve the issue. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

I can't give anything less than 1 star. Good was lukewarm at best. It will be a long time before I eat at burger king again. They skipped over our order and delivered 6 orders that came in after ours.

I bought the new Mexican Sweet corn Whopper.
