2 weeks ago I ordered food and they left out several items. This week I order a take out from the counter, and It takes 20 minutes to receive my food. They had made it and left it on a side counter, no callouts! I had to ask twice about my order. Do better.

Now I'm no fast food worker but I can't imagine it's that hard to get an order correct. The last 4 times I went thru the drive thru, it took forever. my order was missing something..its food was hardly even warm, cold fries and only about half filled. 3x it was a sandwich and once was my motz fries... i got the marinara but they forgot the motz fries. gas prices are to high to drive back for a 2 dollar item.
