We’re semi-regulars at chilis and like to return every few months. But this visit kind of just missed the mark in terms of food and service. Our waiter was very inattentive and just didn’t really check in on us. And my boneless wings were pretty undercooked and just lacking in the crisp department. For going on a Sunday decently later and missing the main dinner rush, I’m disappointed in our service. The mozzarella sticks were still good as always, and my big mouth bites...

I had an amazing dining experience at Chili's Grill & Bar! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. I ordered a few of their classic Tex-Mex dishes, and they were all fantastic – perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Everything came out quickly and was delicious. It's the perfect spot for a casual and satisfying meal with friends or family. Highly recommend!

I drove 1 1/2 because all I was craving was honey chicken tenders. When I got there, the waiter was very prompt, but after asking for a minute to look at the menu, he took 20 minutes to come back and take our order. At the same time he was working the bar on his own, while doing our table..but still. Our food took about 30 minutes to come out, but not bad on time. But when our chicken finally came, I was very disappointed. I drove this far to get the incredible crunchy chicken...
