The food quality has gone downhill the restaurant is filthy very disappointed we used to go years ago and it was wonderful now it's terrible very sad

Very bland food, everything was actually flavorless. Asked for vegetarian options, was served collard greens coated in pork, and beans coated in pork, and then the server realized that pork products were actually not vegetarian options. 😉
Ate mediocre carbs as a meal and called it a day.

Worst appetizer ever . Onion peddles are disgusting. They should take them off the menu. They were just burnt pieces of breadcrumb. So nasty never again

We traveled to the area for a sports event and stopped here for dinner. I've been to many cracker barrels, and they generally have good food for a decent price. Good atmosphere, family friendly, friendly enougj servicd. The food was okay, as expected. The boys thoroughly enjoyed the oreo stuffed pancakes! Reason for 3 stars is really about wait time. It was like 20 mins before we got our drinks, and over an hour before we got our food. Place was busy, but it didn't seem obnoxiously so. 🤷‍♀️ Would I go again? Yes, probably.

Love Cracker Barrel in general, but the food/service at this location seems to be lacking. Have had several problems on recent visits, including cold food, wrong food, etc.

Although I gave the service five stars it was because I noticed there was lack of Staff on the floor. My food came out extremely cold and my soup was forgotten about. For a $30 bill I was not happy with my visit.

Was treated as if I was not welcomed. Once I finally got seated I did not receive any service at all. I watched 3 waitress walk back and forth also stoping to have conversations and not once did anyone serve my table. After about 15 minutes I eventually walked out. I’m not from this area and most definitely will not be visiting this restaurant ever again.

I have always liked Cracker Barrel until now. We had a male waiter that acted like it was his first day. He never came back to refill coffee or ask if we needed anything. When asked a question, he didn't seem to know the answer and didn't bother to ask anyone.
Food came out could. We ordered breakfast, eggs, were cold, toast was like a brick. French toast was lukewarm. My friend apples were the warmest party of both our breakfasts.
The atmosphere, no fault of Cracker Barrel but a family with small children came in. (I don't mind kids, I've been there myself) But, one of the kids kept shrieking at the top of her lungs from the time they came in, until the time that we left.

The silverware had food particles on them and when I moved the plate u can feel food particles on the bottom of it.. Usually that doesn't happen.I wanted to say something but u never k iw what u get back if u complain .

I keep getting this one server on the week days in the morning that is super slow and can never get my entire order right. Foods great though and at a reasonable cost

Food has gone downhill breakfast sausage patties are horrible dry no taste really bad could not eat them. I always love eating here but not anymore? My friends all agree the food is not the same! I

Vegetarian options: They did have vegetarian meals but that doesn't apply to me sorry .

Parking: Parking is good #

The chicken i ordered was burnt , the macaroni and cheese was over done and the French fies were burnt. I am a good customer. The cook that night was not a good cook to send that kind of food out to a loyal customer. Any customer for that matter. I was very disappointed. The waitress was wonderful as we have had here service twice before.

I tried the Chicken Fried Steak meal. The steak was very good, not greasy, cooked perfect. I ate it along with some A1 steak sauce. The gravy on the steak tasted like what my grandma used to make (with lard). Def.brought back memories. The .ash potatoes had great flavor with a gravy of their own but we're not hot, barely warm at all. The coleslaw was perfect, crunchy and not too much dressing!! The ice tea tasted fresh! I did not eat the biscuits that came with the meal but they were fluffy and warm when served! I'd come back again in a heartbeat!! Also, the portion was perfect!

Waitress was disorganized. She brought appetizers out with the entrees. Served my husband his salad but no bread for the table until everything else came out. Forgot sides for two people in our party.
