Good food. The people who own and work there are amazing. My young kid wanted nothing more than a hot dog during a festival. This was the only place that has them. I didn't have cash and they took it on themselves to give him 2 hotdogs for free. They saved me from a child meltdown.

I used Deet's Catering for our company's annual picnic. They were AMAZING. Hands down the best choice I could have made. A large part of our work force are Bangladesh. I was concerned about finding Halal food. Deet's helped ease my concerns and made it work! They checked on things throughout the day and at the end they were asking about how they could improve. With out picnic ending we had a large amount of food left and they donated it to a soup like I asked so nothing went to waste.

From the moment I called to get a quote to the day of my son's wedding they were quick to respond and paid attention to every detail. All of the guests thought the food was delicious. The ice cream bar was a huge hit. The staff was friendly to our guests and I had many ask who the caterer was because they were very impressed. We will definitely use Deets again for future events.

They are the best around! You won’t find better staff with any other catering company. They are kind and personable. They will go above and beyond to make your event everything you want it to be! Deets catering did my wedding in September and everyone raved about the food! The chicken and steak on the charcoal grill was amazing!! They also did an amazing job setting my tables and also they cleaned everything up and no mess was left behind for us to deal with. I highly recommend Deets catering!
We contacted Deets due to their offering of “The Perfect Picnic” we sadly lost our mom and one of her wishes was to have all picnic foods at her funeral reception. Not sure if Deets ever catered a funeral before but they did an outstanding job. They set up their grills outside of the venue (80 degree day in October) and cooked up hamburgers, hotdogs and sausage and peppers. The salads we chose were good as well. We had the strawberry shortcake for dessert with real homemade biscuits! It was delicious. The staff was very accommodating and polite. All emails were answered promptly. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

We used them for our wedding recently- 3 stars because the food was good. The service, however was awful. Dinner was served on time, but when service started, our photographers wanted to get us outside to take sunset photos. This didn’t take more than 20 minutes. With that being said, before we had left the venue, tables were being called. We got back to the venue and saw the waiters dumping full plates of food into black bins. People were complaining they got up for five seconds and their food was gone. My dad had went up to the buffet line second to last (with us being the last) and the man refused to serve him until a guest said “that’s the father of the bride”. We went up and the guy didn’t even want to serve us until he realized we were the bride and groom. We sat down about five minutes later when we both got up to get a drink. I love how they took our full plates of food but didn’t take the paper plate of bbq sauce. That’s when we realized they just wanted to leave (they just wanted to collect their plates and flatware and scram). About ten minutes later, the guy comes up to me while I’m mid conversation with guests, interrupts my conversation and demand I check the kitchen so they can leave.We received NUMEROUS complaints about how when we were gone, the second they saw someone get up from a table, they were there.Again, the food was great but I wouldn’t hire the service staff. They were all dressed in jeans and graphic t shirts. And whoever the main guy was, decided it was a great idea to walk back and forth during our entrance in front of the camera, which we then had to wait awkwardly and basically delay the entrance music. So whoever it was that is pictured in this was extremely rude.*edit, completely forgot to mention we had a grazing table ready to go and set up. WITH butcher paper for context. The catering team decided to move all of that and put it on a table in the most messy manner on TOP of a linen table cloth. Who puts meat and cheese on top of a linen table cloth? Guests were confused to say the least.* we weren’t even offered a tasting prior to the event for a service over 10k - sure, we didn’t ask but I guess it’s our fault for assuming that a tasting would be the norm.

We chose Deet's for our graduation party. I would definitely recommend them! Our guests loved the food - it was really delicious (pulled pork, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, Greek salad & fruit salad) - and the portions were ENORMOUS. My family loved everything but my husband was particularly impressed with the baked beans...he couldn't figure out how Deet's made ordinary baked beans so delicious. I will definitely use them in the future! ???? ????

I hired Deets for our Grandsons acceptance to play Football at Coastal carolina! Deets were professional and courteous throughout the day! Everyone enjoyed the food, which was more than we would have ever thought! The big deal was the Corn ? and the ice cream sundae bar! Hats off to Deets! Definitely will be hiring them again.
