So at druthers in the back is a food truck. It serves bbq and a variety of foods that druthers does as well, including the pretzel bites. The food is well seasoned lovely flavors and good portion sizes. What's a small issue is that food trucks are hit and miss on the temperature of the food. My taco filling was cold and so was the side of Mac and cheese. Worth doing again, get the right standards before going in.

My husband and I ordered for the first time tonight and the food is absolutely delicious! I ordered the brisket sandwich and my husband ordered the pork belly burnt ends. We also ordered mac and cheese for sides and the pretzels with a side of the beer cheese dip. Everything was delicious and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

We ordered catering for our Father’s Day family celebration and everything was perfect! From ordering, to pick up and enjoying the meal the service was flawless and the food was amazing.The Mexican street corn dip was great for an appetizer and the wings were out of this world- we should have ordered more. The brisket, pulled pork and all the sauces were delicious! We can’t wait for our next Dotty Lou’s meal! Don’t wait to try this gem of a spot!

We were blown away by the food. Everything we tried we said “wow” after. The atmosphere was perfect. Big open area with corn hole and a fun area for kids but it wasn’t too crowded. The owners personality added to the experience and he really showed you how much love was put into making the bbq.
