Druthers Brewing Company is a popular spot in Saratoga Springs with great outdoor ambiance and delicious beers. The Angry Bee Flatbread and French Onion Grilled Cheese were flavorful and satisfying. The "Quite Polarizing" sour and Red Ale were both excellent choices. The bartender was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. While the pepperoni pizza was undercooked, the BLT Wedge Salad was good but had too many pickled onions. The Druther's Burger, Drutherbird Chicken sandwich, and Druthers Mac & Cheese were fantastic, along with the excellent greens and fried. A return visit is definitely on the cards for this restaurant.
