UPDATED: "Was" our favorite of all locations. Especially in the summer. The outdoor area is awesome.
Editing a few years later.... I recently went to the Clifton Park location. Food quality has just tanked. The last few times our food was cold and quality was poor. I got the reuben special for St. Patties day, and there was hardly any sauerkraut, and virtually no cheese. My daughter ended up with food poisoning this last visit, and that was the needle that broke the camels back.
I have no idea what happened to this company. The beer was always okay, but we went back for the food. Now, neither are great.

Great food. Great atmosphere and location. Disappointing service.
First time we sat at the bar for after-work drinks. Zero acknowledgement when sitting down. Took about 10 minutes to get a drink order in. Had to ask for menus. A common sight was everyone at the bar with an empty glass. Bartender was MIA for periods at a time and when they were there, they were catching up on drink tickets from tables.
Second time was for lunch after shopping on a weekend. It wasn't busy so we were sat pretty quickly but then waited 20 minutes before a server arrived for drink orders. Again, seemed the staff would disappear for periods of time.
This doesn't seem to match the rest of the Druthers locations. I've never had a bad experience at Saratoga or Schenectady. Staff seems young so my guess is they need a little more oversight.
We've also been here for their ticketed Oktoberfest the last two years and had a great time with friends. Everyone seemed on their A-game those days.

Lousy mac and cheese. It was cold in the center makes it seem it was frozen and warmed up. My grand daughter loves mac and cheese and she hated it. She had to share with her brother eating his food. Very disappointed and wont be back again. Chick-fil-A has better mac and cheese.

Pretty consistent bad experiences here. Made a reservation for a family bday, I came inside and things were pretty dead. They smooshed us all into a tiny table with tons of plenty of empty, larger tables all around us. We got apps, entrees and drinks. There wasn’t space to put anything. It was SO awkward. But it’s ok! Just politely request to move somewhere, right? But some Karen looking manager refused to move us to another larger table (that there were plenty of, unoccupied until we left), after asking nicely. She gave us “once drinks are on the table we are unable to move people”. Like okaaaay. I said I was willing to help physically move things to help them help us. It was extremely awkward.. and this tiny table with 5 people, we were in direct sunlight and it was sooo extremely hot and uncomfortable. Don’t think there was a cm radius of free space, if you put own thing down you have to hold something else in your hand (why.. not just move us with room everywhere else? So bizarre. The hostesses didn’t seem all there, sorry).
The next time I ordered food to go, they gave us one tiny sauce container for all of the wings we got (half filled, like a container you get for blue cheese or something). I think it lasted maybe 2-3 wings and then we were out. We didn’t ask for sauce on the side or anything a pain to make, just plain ol buffalo wings. There was something hard (plastic?) in the burger. These mistakes add up and i wouldn’t recommend this place at all. People make mistakes and I’m able to give places a 2nd or 3rd etc try, but the Karen hostesses and manager that make the experience just lousy when the table clearly doesn’t suit a family was just weird.
I really want to like this place. It is so pretty inside and they have a good menu. My advice is, when customers are very and noticeable uncomfortable and there is a super easy solution, please don’t be lazy and listen to them especially when they’re polite and kind to you. I work in retail, I get it, dealing with customers suck but at the end of the day I still try to make experiences better for people and not worse.

If you come to druthers bring your own celery. 18$ for 8 wings. Wings are delicious. HOWEVER, No celery or carrots with blue cheese. What am I supposed to chomp on? My diet contains so little fiber as it is. #

Service was great, atmosphere is fun, open. The food was the biggest problem. I have had their food from the Albany and Schenectady locations and never had an issue. The CP location was a huge let down. I ordered the chicken sandwich and unfortunately I was so disappointed. The coleslaw on the sandwich was wayyy too sauced, so the bun fell apart as I ate it. The chicken gave McChicken, bland and the breading was flat.
The beer as always was good, service was friendly and attentive and the ambiance was inviting. The food however left much to be desired, especially for the price.

They used to be so good and had a great HOT sauce. Now they have some trash buffalo sauce.
First time there, really nice inside. Can’t wait to see it in the summer time. We ordered boneless wings to start and they give you quite a bit. Good crunch and blue cheese. My burger was good and my girlfriend’s bbq Mac and cheese was huge. Will be back again!

Food was ok. It's so loud you can barely hear the people sitting across the table from you. This is my least favorite druthers location. Albany druthers is the best

The server was pleasant. The food was fine but for the price it was just average. I had a standard burger with an egg and fries and it was $20. My wife had the Beef and Beer Cheese sandwich. Although atmosphere and service are important, value means more to me.

Cute spot and they have an outdoor area that is good for kids. There’s also a family bathroom and a changing pad within the lady’s room!

Food good. Back bartenders ignorant and rude. Have to walk to the front to get a drink it's absurd. They literally ignore you. Plenty of places to spend money. You didn't invent fire.
Sorry, not sure what the fuss is all about. Pizza was soggy, wings were ok, and they were out of 2 beers that we wanted. The guy working the desk for outside seating was as helpful and enthusiastic as a sloth. Tons of empty tables, others were full of garbage. Not what I was expecting due to the hype around this place. The outdoor bar/pavilion was nice looking at least, but the female bartender seemed annoyed to be there. Maybe I’ll try again next summer.

Nice Saturday afternoon, outside bar full, not sro, decided to get a high top, there's about 20. Found no table service, needed to go to bar to order, after standing 10 minutes at bar, was able to get drink order and menus. 3 seats open up at bar, so we decided to grab them for better service. Ordered drinks and food, waited, waited, waited, and decided to ask to have them check up on order. Was told that we were responsible for picking up our own order that had been placed at the other end of the bar, was stone cold. Thinking at least it would have been told that this is the procedure.
