One of the worst that I've actually visited. Quite surprised that the place is still in business. Not sure if there's something wrong with their headsets but it's almost as if some of the drive-thru people don't even hear what you're saying when making your order. If zero stars were possible, that would be more accurate.

I ordered one drink and it was made wrong. I did talk to a manager and receive a refund. My drink was remade, and I still received the wrong drink. I came back and it was remade again, still incorrectly.
I placed an online order for a single, XL cup of GREEN tea with 5 sugars. Upon getting my SINGLE item, it was incorrect. I returned inside and was told a new one would be made. He confirmed what I wanted and made it. Once it cooled down I realized it was the wrong tea(chamomile). I think maybe someone should talk to the people preparing these orders as they messed up making a drink THREE TIMES that I told AND it was on the receipt on the cup.

Extremely unprofessional. Wife tried to go into the store to order at 1:30pm. But the door was locked. The two employees inside just looked at her and laughed. From the outside looking in saw trash on the ground. Worst experience with DD and extremely disappointed

After 3 separate times of my driving off & missing something from my order, today I decided to say something. The asst mgr accused me of lying & said people tell us lies all the time. I responded that I wouldn’t lie about missing 6 pc hash browns at my last visit 2 days prior & she said why not it’s Friday! I asked her what she meant by this comment & she ignored my question & shoved my drink into my hand. I called corporate who I filed a complaint with & nobody called me back as they promised. Despicable & disgusting behavior from this Clifton park location. I will not be returning & I was here 4 x a week! Accusing a customer of lying esp from a manager ? Wow.

HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I pulled up to the drive thru and tried to order a decaf iced coffee and was told they were out. Then I was told that it was brewing and that it would take 10 mins (which I later found from another Dunkin location it only takes 4 mins). I told them I would just go to another Dunkin without realizing there was a number of cars in front of me. I ended up having to wait 5-7 mins because I was stuck in the drive thru so I figured I might as well just order when I get up to the window. I did not think this would be a problem or a big deal. I got up to the window and tried to order. The girl working was incredibly rude and told me I needed to go back through the drive thru because they had a line. Good customer service would be just making the coffee. I don’t know if this is a “rule” they have. But it wasn’t like I drove straight to the window. They were out of something and I got stuck in their drive thru. She attempted to get her manager and again was very rude. The manager never came over. She “left”. Then a guy who worked there came over and basically told me the same thing. I said to him twice “ok, I’m leaving”. He slammed the window shut in my face. I have never in my life experienced such awful customer service. My 3 kids were in the car and I had to explain to them that this kind of behavior isn’t acceptable. I can assure you I was not rude. I was calm, although absolutely questioned why I would have to go through their drive thru again. I have never liked the customer service at this location and have no idea who does the hiring, but these people should not be working with the public.

I had a coffee at this Dunkin' Donuts passing through Clifton Park on Sunday and had a wonderful coffee, but lost a personal item and they kept it. Once they picked up the phone they were super-friendly and promised to keep my lost item for me to collect. The donut was delicious.
