Ordered blueberry coffee with cream and sugar I got coffee with cream no sugar no blueberry.. bacon under cooked and the oil from it leaked all over the bag basically just threw everything out this place is the worst when it comes to dukin.. its not that hard people.. they should just close!!! Terrible!!

Drive thru took 27mins. Hidden behind a (closed?) strip mall, it’s a bit tricky to find. I lined up behind 5 other cars at 12noon on a Sunday. Needed just a cuppa for my road trip. Once I was in line, there was no second chance. I should have taken it as a sign when the car in front on me high-tailed it through a gap in the shrubbery to exit the line-up. But no, I persisted. Finally got to the ordering kiosk and waited, and waited…long enough for me to wonder if we were all just victims of “group think” waiting for a response from a closed restaurant. So I drove away, around the bend, along the car funnel and; to my surprise, there were actually cars ahead of me waiting at the service window!!! So, I clearly I was just being ignored at the kiosk. I continued to wait in line (no other option). Turned off my car for a bit. Made it to the window and ordered my small coffee there. It was good.

I want to like it, it’s close by to me which is why I go. But almost every time I’m there on a Saturday or any day past noon, they’re out of everything. One or two times is whatever, but almost every single time, you’d think they’d have more ready. Also, they never tell you your total, which not a big deal, but I’d like to know how much I need to pay before I get to the window

Me and my friend have gone multiple times (trying to give benefit of doubt bc we love dunkin) but this location has never given us the correct drinks, staff acts confused about common drink orders, and we have been told “there’s no food” after trying to order something.

I go to this location atleast once a week. Used to be just as good as any other Dunkin location. Very recently went way down hill with new hires. All the bagels now get burnt. I’ve ordered hash browns on 2 separate occasions where the hashbrowns are literal mush in a bag. The workers don’t care and I won’t be spending any more money here.

The manager had an issue with an employee and she handled it perfectly. It’s not easy to handle situations like that, however it started, the manager and other staff handled it with professionally and kindness to everyone else at the store. Kudos to them.

Any time I order a refresher it's just colored water. They water them down so there is no taste. They are definitely not making them the correct way!! Stay away!
