This place is so awful! Never come here, because the workers can’t get anything right. The employees need to use their language properly because I bring my kids with me, and they cuss. Never would recommend coming here ever again!!

Zero consistency. Waste of money ordering something you want because it will not come out incorrectly. Dunkalatte is just black coffee here. Bacon avocado toast never has bacon included. The lack of ability to follow simple instructions and complete basic orders is concerning.

It's a shame that the employees that are at the Dunkin' Donuts.On route in Half Moon New York are unable to perform their job with any kind of Customer service that you would come to expect when you have management. That allows their sewage system to be serviced during working hours in the drive thru. Employee were covering there faces restaurait was a complete disaster. The quality of food I experienced from there is the lowest from all Dunkin' Donuts that I've gone to burnt avocado toast. Burnt hash Browns. A coffee roll the size of a regular donut. Sounds like I'm adding on. This is exactly what happened but to have your is sewer System serviced during working hours not under an emergency need. It's totally unacceptable especially for a food establishment.

This is the best Dunkin I have ever.. and i mean ever. gone to. We loveeeee (almost) all of the people there so amazing and funny and make the best sandwiches🤌🏽 We bring our puppy and usually.. get a full pup cup for our very big pup 🐶 10/10 recommend. 🧡🩷 don’t get the croissants. leave us 2✌️🙏🏽 🥐

There was mold in my straw. I told the cashier at the window the next time I went there that the straw had mold in it. She then told me that the straws just come like that and just look dirty and that there was no mold. She even opened up a straw to show me but quickly threw it away before I could even see it. I first ordered on Tuesday and got a moldy straw. Ordered again yesterday around 9am , brought my own straw this time. Not really happy with the dismissal of a valid concern.
