Bad customer service
Very rude opening staff, she’s late every day and slams the window every time even with good tips

I’m beyond appalled by my recent experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. To call their service frustrating would be an understatement—it's honestly a disgrace. My boyfriend placed an order for me through the app, through the drive thru only to show up and be told they couldn’t find it. After waiting patiently for what felt like an eternity, I was eventually told that they had no record of my order. I showed them my screen shots of said order, but that didn’t matter.
The staff was not only unhelpful but downright rude. Instead of attempting to fix the issue or make any effort to apologize, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a lack of accountability. At no point was I offered an alternative solution or even a hint of customer care. The whole thing felt like they just wanted me to leave and forget the entire ordeal, but let’s be clear—this will not be forgotten.
To top it all off, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the manager wasn’t available until wedesnday. If this is the kind of service this Dunkin' Donuts expects to offer, they can keep their stale donuts and overpriced coffee. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location if you want to be treated like a valued customer. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

The guy taking orders over the speaker is great, friendly and enthusiastic. I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff.
I have yet to have a successful Dunkin experience here otherwise. They are regularly out of specific donuts and munchkins but will still accept and charge you on door dash, then send it out with just a drink! On a different occasion, they accepted a door dash order, then had the delivery person call ME to cancel because "they're out of donuts" - please note, if the customer is the one who cancels, the restaurant keeps the money. I learned my lesson and haven't ordered again.
On my most recent and final try, we placed a drive-thru order for 2 bagels with our drinks. I checked the bag as we pulled away. Only one (burnt) bagel was in the bag, no big deal, right? We'll just run back in!
Whoever was in charge that day was rude about it and almost accusatory about the missing bagel/whether we ordered at all. Less than 3 minutes had elapsed between getting the order, noticing the missing item, pulling back in to park and going inside the building - there was no vague "oh i was here earlier/yesterday/last week". Listen, I'm not trying to scam you for a free bagel from Dunkin.

Me and my coworker come to This Duncan every day and if they don’t burn your food, it’s not fully Cooked, I bought a chicken wrap and a coffee and the chicken wrap was not cooked, they were not busy at that location, but they all are running around like headless chicken. You guys need to get your shit together please and thanks.

Young lady with red hair was very rude and u helpful was out of large cups and would not work with us to resolve the issue instead gave a refund unprofessional bad customer service at this location
One of the younger ladies here with red hair was very rude and disrespectful towards MANY customers. She told us how she refuses to take anymore orders and was no help with anything. I found this extremely rude and ignorant of her to do. Hire people who understand respect and know how to handle themselves even when stressed. Unpleased.

At 6:30 am door was still locked, nobody on the register to take customers as they cone in. The 1 person that was there to take an order was huddled over in the cooking area so they couldn't see anyone waiting. They couldn't care less. People are trying to get to work. Poor service employees need more training or need to care. Left without food.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. But, my review is not about the food itself, it is about the manager. I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts location and had a disappointing experience with the manager, Jessica. I found her attitude towards both customers and staff to be unprofessional and dismissive. When I raised a concern about my order, she responded rudely and made me feel like my feedback was unwelcome. This lack of customer service not only affected my visit but also reflected poorly on the team. I hope management can address this issue, as it detracts from what should be a positive experience at Dunkin’ Donuts.

It's dunking donuts. Hit or miss. One day I get sugar in coffee and other days they forget sugar.. why I went in and took half the sugar packets and put them in glove box..got sugar now
